The Unseen Kingdom! Luk 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. Within every Christians life is the involvement of the unseen Kingdom Of God! This is a time for every born again Christian to become familiar with the presence of Gods Kingdom and merge their life into an interaction of the Kingdoms authority. We were not simply made new creatures in Christ as 2Cor. 5:17 declares but we have gained access to the inner actions of the Kingdoms power and authority. Two important scriptures! Is that we are raised up together with Christ. 2. Is to reveal the church to principalities and powers. We need to realize that before Christ there was no such thing as the church. There was simply man incovenant upon the earth. For too long people have seen the church as a religiousorganization. A place where Gods people simply gathered to sing and preach on a given dayof the week. The church appears to many in the world if not most including Christians assimply an organization like many other institutions. This misconception has limited theauthority of Gods Kingdom upon the earth. It is difficult if not impossible to exerciseKingdom authority where there is no understanding of who the church is! Chris Thomas \"Correct Knowledge?\" Wonder which song was playing when Abraham took his son Isaac up the mountain to[worship] God. Where was themusical accompaniment that we deem necessary to accomplish what we think worship is? It wasn’tthere. And because it wasn’t, we must be willing to define or redefine what our definition of [worship]is. We use terms so lightly today. It’s so easy for the religious community to say scriptural termswithout ever visiting the foundation of the existence of that term. Terms like praise, worship, presence,glory. I have no doubt at all that we would all have some sort of idea of what we think each one ofthese terms mean. But just because we have an idea of what they mean, doesn’t actually mean that it’sthe correct definition. The reason we continue to use scriptural words in incorrect contexts is because of the lack ofcorrect study. This leads only to one place. The acceptance of religious ideologies. Truth is, we aregoing to believe something, even if it’s wrong or twisted. You may pick a term like worship and say it’sbeen done this way for generations. Or you might even say you’ve done it this way for x amount oftime. Does that make it right? No. Of course it doesn’t . Does it make it wrong? No, it doesn’t make itwrong either. So how are we able to judge what is right and what is not? First of all, are we even ableto hear that question? Are we able to consider that what we believe is wrong? Are you able to takeyour idea of what something is and trash can it? If not, then being a disciple of Jesus is not going towork very well for you. This was what He did. He challenged theology. He dug beyond the surface toget to the root of matters. He revealed reasons of right and wrong. Why was He doing this? Why wasHe not settled with what He was seeing and the religious chatter He was hearing? He must have beenable to measure what He was seeing or not seeing up against something. What He saw and heardobviously didn’t match what His source was. He was analyzing. But in order to analyze, there must besomething to measure what you are seeing or hearing up against. There has to be a source of right inorder to truly reveal what is wrong or shortcoming. There has to be a source of light in order to expeldarkness. There has to be a source of correct knowledge in order to get rid of incorrect knowledge. So what was He looking at in order to determine right or wrong? He did that, right? He wouldwalk into a situation or system and discern the right or the wrong. He would look for evidence of 2things. Good fruit and correct motive. If these were present, then He knew there were correctfoundational understandings that were established and active.
