Acts 2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pourout of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days ofmy Spirit; and they shall prophesy: We are living in the hour of manifestation where Gods Spirit that has beenpoured out will be visible through prophecy, dreams, and visions. God has not limitedthis experience to only a select few who are special but has declared it shall be upon theyoung the old those in charge and those who serve. For many of Gods children this is not a new declaration. They have known thisabout God and his generosity and blessing for some time. However many of them havenot been made ready for the outpouring spiritually so they only watch it from adistance. To see a gift from a distance and not be a participator of its joy and experienceleaves an individual feeling segregated and somehow less than those who are equippedwith the gift and experience. This is not Gods will. God would not have stated so clearlythat the gift of his spirit would be poured out upon all if he did not desire all to havepart in it sharing the joy of the event. Over the years there have been many who wererecognized as having this blessing. Unfortunately there have been many thatparticipated only in a small amount of the experience having what some would callsimple signs of their acquaintance with Gods Spirit. 2017 Is a season of God that willreveal a greater clarity of the Holy Spirits union with the church. My question or Icould say the Holy Spirits question is are you Spirit ready for your time in Godsmovement and plan for the earth and church. This brings us to the decision and desire to get ready for what is sure to be one ofthe greatest movements of God through out the world and church that has ever beenexperienced. Many of Gods people talk about the yesterdays of God and the greatministry of the saints of old. However God saves the best for last. Revelations have beendeveloped and expanded, knowledge has increased and Gods Spirit is ready to movethrough Gods word and Gods people as never before.

There is a preparation of our spirit within us through the anticipation of our unitywith the outpouring that God is sending forth. It is time to get the clutter of the world outof the room of our heart for Gods Spirit to take up a greater residency. This means wewill make room for Gods spirit to have our attention as he needs and to reveal thosethings that God has planned for our association with. God has stated that there would beprophecies visions and dreams. These will carry with them purpose and direction. As weenter into the purpose of God we will be invested with the faith and glory that isassociated with the intended outcome of the visitation. Our expectation of the visitationmust carry an intended cooperation with Gods Spirit to fulfill His will. There are somesteps that are necessary to recognize and cooperate with the outpouring. 1. It is important to recognize the visitation. A visitation comes in many forms. It can be a one on one experience with Godthrough a personal dream or vision. It can also be an association with those who havehad the visitation. So how do we recognize when it is association? It is really very simplethe one who has had the direction of God given to them will declare or express things thathas been on your heart or in your thinking. You will feel associated with their thoughtsor desire. This is just as valid as if you personally had the experience. There will be justas much of an outpouring upon you as with them. You will have just as much of theanointing available as the one visited. Why is this so? Because the body is one and theanointing runs down the body from the head of the church Christ the anointed one.When you act upon the word or participate with the outpouring for the body you areassociated with the anointing will work in the same likeness. You will experience Godsgifts flowing through prophecies or words of knowledge, direction, exhortations orministry of prayer for others. So get prepared to hear the visitation personally orthrough the leadership. 2. It is important to accept the faith. Faith is still a mystery to some and will always have new expressions andexplanations of its use and cooperation but some things are simply the same for all. Suchas faith comes when your heart is willing and eager to hear the message concerning yourlife and its direction in him. Faith is more of a choice to expect and hear than it is astrange experience of feeling. Truth and acceptance of participation is all that is neededto experience the move of faith when we act upon our belief. God has given to all menfaith! Rom. 12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is amongyou, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly,according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. God never gives a broken gift. Your faith will work just as good as any otherpersons when acted on. You may be limited through uncertainty or through feelingclumsy with spiritual activity but your faith works. Just start using it and it will growand become strong. This is a year that Gods Spirit will help you in this area. What you

hear in the message and receive will carry Gods gift of faith to you. The deposit of God issure to all and it will always be exactly what you need when you believe and trust Godthat he has equipped you. 3. It is important to go all in for God. Many times Gods people say yes to God when in reality they are saying [I will try].This is more of a hindrance to the outpouring than a help to God. God needs an openvessel to pour through. When someone only tries they restrict God to a tiny drip ratherthan a rivers flow. The Holy Ghost will attempt to move desiring that the individual willgain trust and relax their spirit yielding to him and at times they do. In most cases theyshrink back. Make a complete decision that you are Gods and he is using you even thoughyou are limited in who you are he is not limited in who he is. To go all in for God is to commit to worship, prayer and reading or I could say atime you practice yielding to who he is. I am amazed at how many of Gods children onlygive God this area on a Sunday. I realize it is uncomfortable to many because they don’tknow how but the truth is no one knows how. It is simply done through your spirit or truedesire to honor God and it is done in truth or genuineness and not hypocritical orreligious as a gesture of righteousness. God honors all who come as little children. All into some sounds like a day long event but it is in reality simple recognition throughoutyour day that you serve a true and living God who you desire to be a part of. 4. Now is the time for those who have been believing and waiting. There is a portion of the church who have been actively participating with God anddoing all that I stated through the first 3 steps. Your time has come, God is going to useyou in ways that go beyond what you have desired and imagined. Your imagination of alife full of power and manifested blessing is leaving the fantasy realm for the realityrealm. God has been observing your walk and you are going to another level of anointingand participation with the move of Gods Spirit. However this also requires youracceptance through faith. Do not allow your familiar spiritual life to dictate your futurelife with Gods Spirit. There is a change and the change is now accept it, declare it,participate with it and enjoy it. You have not wasted your time believing God or waitingin his presence. God rewards those who have diligently sought after him. Heb. 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to Godmust believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Now is your time begin to rejoice and anticipate your call to act. The future is nowyour reality and the right now God of faith is with you. Pastor Dr. Cliff Carr

The Spirit Of Faith Faith needs to have your spirit active hunger for Gods word, message, truth orand energized. There are many of Gods leading. John 5:6 When Jesus saw him lying there, and knew that he already had been in that condition a long time, He said to him, “Do you want to be made well?” This question in John 5:6 [Do you want to be well?] can seem to be foolish to aperson who is suffering. But the author of truth himself asked the question. Thisreveals that the question deserves an answer and may very well be the answer toreceiving health and wholeness. Look at the mans answer to Jesus.Jn. 5:7 The sick man answered Him, “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool whenthe water is stirred up; but while I am coming, another steps down before me.” Often times when a person feels bad or has a sickness of some kind they lookfor help outside of their own strength. This is because they feel weak or disabled.Jesus however replied to the mans comment with a step of action.Jn. 5:8 Jesus said to him, “Rise, take up your bed and walk.” In other words Jesus saw that the man in verse 6 was just lying there. He wasputting no effort toward his wellness. He had all but given up on health believing hewas to weak to overcome. This is a year to change your thinking in Gods Spirit! HearGod saying to you [will you be made well?] What is your answer is it I need help, or isit too far to reach for or is it something you never entertain in your thinking. Haveyou just stopped believing it is possible? Well I am here to tell you that you have achoice. Just as Jesus gave the man in this passage a choice you have a choice as well. Jesus caused the man to rethink his decision of health. I am asking you torethink your decision today. Then I am saying as Jesus did take action and startraising up in your thinking. If you simply stay in the condition of thought you willtalk yourself out of a miracle. This man could have taken up his bed at any time buthad convinced himself through feeling weak that he was not able. Declare this out loud today I am getting out of this bed. I am not going to keepmy bed of sickness ready for me to reenter I am rolling those thoughts up and I amwalking into my health and restoration through Gods word and Spirit in Jesus name! You do not need special visitation all you need is action in your faith today. Heb. 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Dr. Cliff Carr
