School Page Clifton-upon-Dunsmore Church of England Our staff will: (Voluntary Controlled) contact parents if there is a problem with Primary School attendance or punctuality. let parents know about concerns or problems Year 4 that affect their child’s work or behaviour. make regular assessments and send home an annual report. set, mark and monitor homework. arrange parents’ evenings during which progress will be discussed. keep parents informed about school activities through regular letters home, newsletters and notices about special events. administer prescribed medicine, which must be accompanied by a note stating times and dosage. Un-prescribed medicines will not be administered. monitor and assess children’s work to inform future planning. provide a stimulating and creative learning environment which everyone is proud of. involve the children in their learning and the setting of targets.
