LETTER TO OUR SON They say there is a reason. They say time will heal. Neither time or reason will change the way we feel. Gone are the days we used to share. But in our heart you are always there. The gates of memories will never close. We miss you more than anybody knows. You are loved and will be missed everyday. Until we meet again. Always & Forever, MOM & DAD

Sail away big brother, be at rest. Let your soul soar. Be the angel of the family as you always said I was. Watch over your mother and father. May they bond together and rejoice in your 65 years of life. Your family will meet you there when it is our time. Thank you for protecting me as a big brother should. Say hello to our grandmothers and our aunties. I know they are so happy to see you. We will no longer worry about you because you are now in God's hand. I will watch over your children, grandchildren and nephews. With Love always, Your Sister Cat Rest well Big Bro! You were my Mentor, my Coach, my Advisor, and my Protector. I always looked up to you (literally) for advice, guidance, and I bragged about you constantly. I will miss our hugs, your Big smiles, and of course bagging on each other whenever we were together. When I was a kid you were my favorite Basketball player and my Hero. I wanted to grow up to be like you, because you always had the prettiest girlfriends, the swagger, and everyone around you Loved “Big Mac.” My fond memory is that time you took us joy riding in Pops car to teach me and Cathy how to drive, I was 8 years old sitting in your lap, barely could see over the steering wheel, and my feet did not reach the pedals. We crashed into the neighbor’s yard! As a teenager, I always got respect from the Homies in the hood because I was your “Lil Bro,” and they knew not to mess with me. I was so proud of your progress when you were working at Homeboy Industries. This is where you rekindled your Hope, Purpose, and Faith. Love You Bro, Dex (Lil Bambito)
