Service and Patient Experience Course Objectives In recent years, we have been experiencing significant development of service and patient experience, and the expansion of discourse in Israel and around the world. Patient-focused treatment invites the staff to get to know the patient's experiences in the different units of the hospital through the patient's eyes and enable us to identify the main moments of truth that the patient and the family need in order to provide them with an appropriate personal response.
