The Man Behind • Mr.Nittish K. Pandit is a qualified Civil Engineer. He started his career in the year 1984 with Firodiya Group of Industries and had the privilege of being mentored by the great industrialists Shri N.K.Firodiya, Mr.H.K.Firodiya, and Mr. Abhay Firodiya. Mr. Nittish Pandit joined Kinetic Group in 1990 as a Consultant. • In June 1993 Mr.Nittish K. Pandit laid the Mr.Nittish K. Quality Assurance • We have In-house setup of quality lab at every site to test concrete/compaction and other raw materials used at site. • All important material such as Structural steel, Reinforcement steel , plates etc. are verified for physical traceability mark w.r.t the Test Certificates. • All other input material are verified physically with the manufacturing date , warranty, tests etc. • We follow First In First Out (FIFO) technique for all the material procured at site. • Testing for all materials are being conducted at sites on frequent basis. • Dry Film Thickness (DFT) Test is done at site to check the quality of Painting Work.
