INDIA REGION Seller SupportLEADERSHIP TEAM Meera Narayanan Meera Narayanan is the Head of India Operations, Seller Support. Meera is a 14 month old Amazonian and lives in Mumbai, India. Meera has a Master’s Degree in Personnel Management. She is passionate about “Customer Experience” and started her professional career in “Business Process Management environment”. She is also passionate about Indian classical music and learnt vocal music for 13 years. In her free time, she loves to work for social causes and contributes in her own little way to charity initiatives. Jagan Mohan Raju Jagan Leads NA Seller support HYD site and has been with Amazon for the past 1055 days to be precise. He has over 20 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Corporate communications and Operations and has worked in the past with GE and ADP. Jagan loves to build teams ground up and stabilize the operations. Believes in persistence than short term gains. An avid sports enthusiast enjoys watching Tennis and Cricket. Loves to play badminton during past time. Recent passion is going on long drives in his new Beamer. The next adventure planned is driving 1500 KMs HYD to Kolkata soon. Vikas Ahuja Vikas leads the SeSu Bangalore site for the North America and has been with Amazon for 2.5 years. Before joining Amazon, he has worked with American Express and GE capital for a total of 14 years. Vikas is passionate about building and leading an engaged and high performing team of subject matter experts that deliver great service to our Sellers. Apart from work, Vikas likes to travel (especially road trips) and also, spends his weekends practicing his disc jockeying skills by mixing Bollywood tracks. He has played a DJ during events and PEAK celebrations for his team.

INDIA REGION Chirag BhuvaLEADERSHIP TEAM Chirag is the Site Leader for SeSu BLR site and leads EU and IN marketplaces. Chirag has 16 years of experience in managing Support Operations. He has built and led operation teams for Global clients across geographies and worked with companies like Myntra.com, Star CJ Home Shopping and Vistaprint. In his role with Cimpress, he was heading the support function for global Contact Centre and design operations, supporting IN and EU locales, ensuring standardization of practices, cost optimization initiatives and driving efficiency metrics in the Contact Centre operations. Jonathan Lee Jonathan is the Site Leader for the HYD 15 site supporting the EU and IN marketplaces. He has been with Amazon and Seller Support for 6 years now. In his last role Jonathan was the Network Operations leader for the IN business. Jonathan feels fortunate to have led multiple roles within Operations in the last 6 years, the most fulfilling being his involvement in the launch of the .IN SeSu operations in 2013 and being an integral part of its growth in the last 5 years. He loves keeping a spotless car and have a trunk load of car grooming products. Outside of work he loves hanging out with his daughter who just turned six. The last book he read was the “Rosie Project” and now reading its sequel the “Rosie Effect”. Jatin Matta Jatin has been working at Amazon for just over a year. He has recently started a new role of India Partner Leader and is responsible for operational delivery of all partner sites in India. He has 17 years of experience of managing “Business Process Management” operations across Utilities, Banking and Telecom verticals. Jatin loves playing board games, solving puzzles, and is an avid fan of Sudoku. He loves to travel and explore new places. In his personal time, he loves to spend quality time with his family at home and has recently started learning cooking.

INDIA REGION Amit KumarLEADERSHIP TEAM Amit has been with Amazon for 2+ years, he joined Amazon as a Site Portfolio Manager for BLR site in April 2016 and has moved to the Manager, Ops Excellence role in Mar 2018 for IND region. He is a seasoned operations excellence / quality professional with a career spanning over 16 years primarily in Ops Excellence / Quality domain. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and holds a Post Graduate degree in Business Administration. In his 16 years of work experience, he has worked with clients from different domains such as banking, technology / ISP, travel, etc. catering to various geographies. In his role as a Site Portfolio Manager, he worked with the site operations team in problem solving for metric performance and created mechanisms / governance at site level to create performance rigor. He is married to Nanditha and has an eight month old daughter Vanyaa. Bijish Menon Bijish Menon supports the HR for SeVrBr support and TRMS non tech teams for India. After spending ~5.5 years in the Amazon, he still loves coming to his “Day 1” in office. In his, own words “When I am not in office you will find me running around the house with my 6 year old daughter or trying to keep up with my 10 year old powerhouse a.k.a my son”

Vendor SupportINDIA REGION Nuala MurphyLEADERSHIP TEAM Nuala Murphy – Head of Vendor Support Operations for EMEA and the Americas. Nuala joined amazon in 2014 as Site Lead for the Regensburg Seller Support site in Germany. She lead all marketplaces in Seller Support in the EU before relocating to Seattle in June 2017 to lead the Vendor Support Operations team through the recent contact migrations. Prior to joining amazon, Nuala’s experience spans 15 years of leading lead Contact Centre and Sales Operations for global software and financial services companies. “We are an international family, speaking German as our main language, having lived and worked in Germany, Ireland and the UK before moving to Seattle! I am an avid hiker and enjoy exploring my new home in the Pacific Northwest with my husband, 2 children, Finn and Clara and our dog Mia whom we rescued from Greece! I love singing at any time of the day and use baking too as my relaxation therapy J when I am not working. I am currently reading Sleeping Beauties by Stephen King and am so excited to finally be able to watch Series 2 of Sneaky Pete on amazon originals.” Sona Kuttan Sona Kuttan - Operations Manager, VeSu NA – Hyd. Sona has been with Amazon for the last ~6 years, currently leading the Vendor Support team in Hyderabad. As per Sona, the best accomplishment in recent times is when her team got awarded the best team in Q4 2017 across the NA Vendor network on both performance and Associate engagement. Prior to VeSu, she worked with the Seller Support NA. Sona’s prior experience includes 10+ years with HSBC, Credit Cards and Insurance business and 4 years as an Editor in Medical Transcription. She is a Certified Call Coach and also certified in financial planning and administration – UK Life & Pensions. At a personal level, she loves driving particularly when she has her kids along. She also indulges in a lot of online shopping, another reason why she loves Amazon!

INDIA REGION Pranjal ShukulLEADERSHIP TEAM Operations Manager, Ve Su- Chennai. Pranjal joined Amazon 6 months back. He has an overall work experience of over 15 years and has worked across several organizations in various industries such as financial services, utilities and BPO. He has an experience of managing large operations in the Collections and Customer service space and takes pride in being a true ‘peoples leader’. He moved to the BLR site in September ’17 and 3 months back took over the Ops Manager role at the Chennai site for Ve Su. Born and brought up in Delhi, Pranjal loves to travel and doesn’t miss an opportunity to take short trips outside of the city with his family and his pet dog ‘Pluto’. A creative mind, he likes to write and very recently tried his hand at acting by playing the role of an antagonist in a Youtube web series. Vinod Viswanathan Vinod Viswanathan - Operations Manager, VeSu NA – BLR. Vinod joined Amazon 9 months back. He has an overall work experience of 16 years, in his previous stint with Genpact (G), he was leading the Sales Reporting and Insights team under the CPG retail banner. Along with Operations, he was the training lead for 800 member CPG retail team. Prior to G, he was with Hewlett Packard and was heading Operations for accounting and non-accounting processes. Vinod holds Post graduation in Finance specialization and is PMP certified. He loves spending time with family and friends, and whenever time permits he likes to go for a road trip on his favorite bike.

HYDERABAD TEAMINDIA REGION Site Leader (NA) – Jagan Mohan Raju PotumanchiLEADERSHIP TEAM Maheep Tiwari Maheep has an overall experience of 16 years within Operations management. He grew up in a small village near Varanasi, primary schooling from village and then moved to Northern part of India. As his father was in Indian Army, he got an opportunity to explore various parts of India during school days. Maheep is a Certified Six Sigma - Green Belt and has a PMP and FPC -Certification in US Payroll and Taxation. Has PDBA (Finance), BA (Hons), Diploma in Hotel Management. He is a Soccer Fan, loves Trekking, travelling and Horse riding. On personal side, he loves spending time with family and friends. Garry Majaw Garry has an overall experience of 7 years in collections, billing and customer service domain. He spent his childhood in Shilong, popularly known as the Scotland of the East. After school he moved to Mumbai for graduation (B.E Computers). Apart from work, he spends his weekends in Sportsbar enjoying a nail biting game of football. He has represented Meghalaya in under 21 Football. Chaitanya Jamakayala Chaitanya has an overall experience of 10+ years. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics Management (IIMM- Navi Mumbai); B.Tech (Mechanical) from JNTU. He was born and bought up in Hyderabad. Studied in Christian Minority School and 10+2 in Government College. He was a Tuition Teacher for 8 years. On personal side, he likes watching and playing sports and loves spending time with his kids.

INDIA REGION Harpreet ChawlaLEADERSHIP TEAM Harpreet has 2 Years and 2 months as Software Engineer in Fiserv and 2.5 years as Asst. Manager (Operations) in Career Café. He has a Post Graduate Diploma In Management (IIM Ahmedabad). He grew up in a joint family in a town called Ludhiana. He loves mathematics and computers. Once he was on the verge of opening up his own venture in field of education. Has interest in spirituality across religions from Taoism to Sufism. Site Leader (.IN, UK and EU) – Jonathan Lee Sudhakar Jonnalagadda Sudhakar is as Operations Manager for .IN HYD Seller Support, and has an overall experience of 20 years across Corporate sales, Animation and Customer Service Operations. In his last stint, he was with HSBC for 12 years in the area Retail Card Operations, Insurance and Anti-Money Laundering policy implementation. In his own words “I am cool-headed person, thrive o challenges, and like to take up assignments in unchartered territories while focusing on people development and process improvements. On the personal front I love my weekends when I get to spend time with family and cooking” them some nice meals. I am also a self-taught artist and love to paint, with my favorites being pastels, oil & charcoal. Harmandeep Sidana Harmandeep joined Amazon 6 months back as an Operations Manager Seller support for IN region. Overall, he has 17 years of work experience. Prior to Amazon, he has worked with GE (Genpact) for about 5 years in collections, 10 years with Aon (Aon Hewitt) in different domains like Health and Welfare, Dependent verification services and Absence Management. In his previous role before joining Amazon, he was working as a Director Operations with First Advantage for about 1.5 years handling their Background Verification process for SAPAC and EMEA region. He has 2 kids aged 9 and 5 and he loves to spend time with them in his free time.

INDIA REGION HYDERABAD TEAMLEADERSHIP TEAM HR Support Team Kartik C Kartik has been with Amazon for ~6 years. He has been leading the HRBP teams for the Seller Ops HYD sites, Vendor Ops IND sites (HYD, BLR & MAA) and the Tech Sites (HYD & DEL). He has an overall experience of ~ 9 years and has played multiple HR roles across corporate, manufacturing and sales functions. He is passionate about building & scaling teams which are ‘customer obsessed’ and thrive at solving ‘complex’ business/people/cultural problems to create an engaging workplace. Apart of work, he has a keen interest in cycling, running, gaming & reading. The next big aim is to conquer a ‘Triathalon’. Sreekanth Madhipati Sreekanth has been associated with Amazon for almost 3.5 years now and is a part of the HR team for Seller; Vendor & Brand support teams in HYD. In his current role as HR BP, he is supporting the .IN and EU teams in HYD and .IN program teams in BLR. He is passionate about building employee experience to help business drive outstanding customer experience. Apart from work, he loves travelling and watching horror movies and is a fantasy league fan across many sports.

INDIA REGION BANGALORE TEAMLEADERSHIP TEAM Site Leader (NA) – Vikas Ahuja Prashant Singh Prashant comes with an overall experience of 16+ years within Operations & Project management. He has worked with organizations across the Banking & Insurance sector. A lean six sigma certified black belt, currently working as an Operations Manager for Seller Support Bangalore – NA since June 2017. His role requires managing diverse skills through in-house operation teams, driving improvement initiatives for the site and keep the team motivation high. On the personal side, he loves to spend time with family, watching movies & listening to music. Site Leader (.IN, UK and EU) – Chirag Bhuva Sadath Ullah Hussain K Sadath joined Seller Support team in Mar 2014 as Manager Seller Support and got promoted as Operations Manager in Oct 2017. A commerce graduate from Bangalore university, prior to Amazon he was in travel domain/customer service for 8 years. Currently, Sadath manages the Seller Support IN/AU teams in BLR12 under Chirag’s Org. On the personal front, Sadath hails from Bangalore, likes to play foosball & watch movies.

INDIA REGION BLR Support TeamLEADERSHIP TEAM Avika Nagpal Avika Nagpal and joined Seller Support as the India Regional Training Leader with the Global Training Team in November 2017. She comes to Amazon with over 17 years of experience in successfully building and managing Service operations, Quality, Training, Customer success and Business development teams in the contact center space. In her own words “Being a fairly new Amazonian, it somewhat feels like the time I went skydiving ---- ton of initial hyperventilating! But, much like that experience, I am sure the journey with Amazon will give me lasting motivation to continue to spread my wings and fly”. She is presently focused on eliminating unnecessary complexities and building mechanisms that lead to a better experience for all teams touched by Training, especially the Associates. Veena Kumar Veena Kumar-Global Leadership Partner, Leadership Institute. Veena will complete 3 years in Amazon on 15 Jun2018. She comes with 12 years of experience in Learning and Development. She supports BLR, HYD and MAA with global programs like IGNITE, ASCEND and now IGNITE FWD and enjoys innovating with localized solutions for the sites. Her favorite Leadership Principle is ‘Learn and Be Curious’! She is passionately fond of dogs and has a Golden Retriever and a Beagle who is a lab rescue. She regularly volunteers for the ‘Voice of Stray Dogs’.Sadath joined Seller Support team in Mar 2014 as Manager Seller Support and got promoted as Operations Manager in Oct 2017. BANGALORE TEAMINDIA REGION HR Support TeamLEADERSHIP TEAM Paramjot Singh Param rejoined Amazon in SeVeBr HR team 8 months back and supports all the SeVeBr teams based out of Bangalore (SeSu & VeSu operations, Editorial, training and .IN program team). In his earlier stint with Amazon, he was part of FC team and worked in multiple FCs (DEL2, SAMA, SATA and SJAB) in India. He played an instrumental role in setting up First Medium Scale FC in Ludhiana and his last assignment in FC team was as Site Lead for Jaipur FC. Param has 7.5 years of experience and is a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi and MBA from ISB. Planning Manager-SeVeSu Gaurav Khandelwal Gaurav Khandelwal - Planning Manager, Seller & Vendor Support. Gaurav joined Amazon 2 years back. He has an overall work experience of over 14 years and responsibilities included Setup & Optimization of WFM Practices, Financial Modelling & Planning, Budgeting, Data Analytics, Data Automation, Metric Consulting and Cost-to-serve Optimization for multiple clients from Telecom, F&A & Banking domain associated with previous organizations. Born & grew up in India – always curious to learn & explore. Loved numbers during his education from mathematics to engineering to finance management studies and continued in job roles too. Outside of work, he is passionate about wild life photography. This year working towards developing innovative solutions to cater to the dynamic business requirements and to take the capacity planning practice to next level by further optimizations in processes for more efficient outputs.

PARTNER TEAMINDIA REGION Partner Leader – India Region – Jatin MattaLEADERSHIP TEAM Puneet Sharma Puneet Sharma works as the Partner Manager responsible for the DAK site supporting all seller support across NA, .IN, EU OUs and LOBs across voice, chat and email channels. Partnering with internal and outsourced stakeholders alike driving adherence to mechanisms and delivery in the fairest way possible to each stakeholder. He loves spending time with his partner team aligning the mental model towards adopting Amazon leadership principles as a culture for our work ways across partner organization. On personal front, Puneet’s world revolves around his family which includes his dog Mojo and his plants. Ashish Kapadia Ashish Kapadia – Service Delivery Manager for SUT and MUM, currently managing .IN and NA OUs with teams managing Email, Phone and Chat. Responsible for performance delivery across partners, act as a bridge between Amazon and Partner, Ensuring adherence to mechanisms across partners. On personal front, he is married and is a hardcore Mumbaikar. Loves working for Amazon and the challenges that we face, gives immense satisfaction to overcome these challenges.

INDIA REGION Munish KodnaniLEADERSHIP TEAM Munish Kodnani works as the Partner Manager responsible for the JAI site supporting all seller support OUs and LOBs across voice, chat and email channels. He joined Amazon BLR UK team in Feb 2016 and decided to move towards partner service delivery recently in Q1 2018. His core responsibility is to work as a connection between internal and outsourced stakeholders ensuring partners get enough support to adhere to the mechanisms with seller experience as a key deliverable. Outside of work, Munish loves spending time with his wife & daughter (who turns 1 in May’18). He likes watching sports (Cricket J) and does not miss an opportunity to play Table Tennis.
