Grilled Figs with CARPET Honey Ice-Cream and Macadamia Praline Recipe supplied by Tefal Ambassador Guillaume BrahimiHoney Ice-Cream 6 figs (cut in half)250gm egg yolks 75gm sugar140gm sugar 75gm macadamia nuts500ml cream500ml milk60g honey1. Pre heat oven to 170 degrees. Place macadamia nuts in the Tefal Provincial Lane - Creekwood baking tray, when nuts are golden remove from oven. Place the sugar in wok pan on medium heat, when the sugar starts to caramelise add Feel the luxury of 100% ribbed wool under your feet the nuts, coat the nuts remove and place in a lined tray to cool. When cold cut the nuts into pieces. with a range as beautiful as it is durable. Muted colour2. Place milk, cream and honey into a pot. Bring to the boil and then palette is the ultimate in restrained designer style and reduce to a simmer, place yolks and sugar in a bowl and whisk to thick sabayon. Pour the sabayon into the milk and cream, cook for sophistication. $71mfrom 2* 1 minute remove and chill. Churn ice-cream. 9 colours available3.
