Your Guide to What is HealthHub? Health Management is your employer’s occupational health provider and the service is provided through their HealthHub portal. HealthHub provides quick access to your service data, appointment booking, service notifications and your documents. Getting started When your employer submits a ‘Questionnaire’ or ‘Referral’ request for you for the first time a HealthHub portal account will be created for you. Login for the first time When your employer submits the first questionnaire or referral for you, a login email will be sent to the email used to set up your account. This email contains your username and temporary password. You will need to action this emails within 3 days before the temporary password expires. Example of login email What should you do if your temporary password has expired? If you are unable to action the link provided in your login email within the 3 day time frame, you will be able to reset your password. It is important to keep safe the first email issued to yourself so you can retain your username as this will be needed when resetting your password. Resetting your password If your temporary password has expired or you have forgotten your password, you can submit a ‘Forgot your password?’ request. This can be accessed on via the link on the login screen. When using this link you will be asked to input your username so a reset password link can be sent to the email address used when your account was set up. **Follow the link contained within the email to reset your password** Successfully logging into my portal When you log into your portal, you can access to the following: Your personal details including any questionnaires or referrals that have been submitted by your employer for yourself.
