Industry Readiness Program (IRP) The session speaker Mr. Ramesh Vemuganti addressed students on the topic ‘Qualities of a Good Professional’. Mr. Ramesh Vemuganti laid emphasis on the basic skills of developing ‘KNOWLEDGE’. He informed students that only Knowledge accompanied by Action would result in performance. There are many areas of soft skills, technical skills, Employability skills and Life skills which need to be continuously developed. Mr.Ramesh Vemuganti, past President, HMA, is an Electronics engineer with an MBA in Marketing management with over 20 years of experience in IT Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Services and 15 years of teaching and mentorship experience in public speaking, management and corporate training. Here the message was about A Successful manager understanding how to work intelligently towards managing personal energy levels that enable engagement with work, with and through others (colleagues, suppliers, clients and various stakeholders) to deliver required outcomes. Mr.Amar Chegu has around 25 years of experience in Organization Development Consulting, Experiential Education and Financial Services. He brings the rigor of financial analysis, the warmth of his people orientation, and appreciation of organizational vibrancy, to all his work. Over the years, Amar has facilitated many people and several organizations, in evolving 'Solutions for Better Enterprise'. Amar has developed an off-site training location near Hyderabad, India, which is ideal for experiential, outbound, activity - based training, reflective conversations, nuancing strategic evolution called Amar's Pensieve.
