Even as the pent up demand from the lockdown period lifts spending, the uncertainty about the pandemic and the economic prospects is making everybody conserve cash. However, the sweeping shift to digital has created new opportunities for marketers, provided they adapt their strategies and tools to the new normal. Brands need to adapt to the changed challenges and priorities of customers. In addition, brands have to take a stand on issues that people care about, as customers want their brands to stand up for them. In spite of the pandemic, we successfully started and completed the first certification course - and starting the 2nd edition of the -Industrial Readiness Program; a bridge between the Campus and Work, where soft skills needed in a working world is imparted by resource persons from top B – schools and CXO’s of top notch companies, conducted our Annual awards function in restricted physical mode & conducted a survey on vaccine ahead of others.
