MESSAGE BOARD Welcome to William Henry Harrison High School, and thank you for your support of our student athletes and our athletic programs! Our student athletes are a record-breaking, local, regional, and state excelling group of outstanding young people. They have committed to working together and supporting each other in the pursuit of success both through athletics and in the classroom. We expect a student athlete to have an excellent work ethic, to demonstrate leadership skills amongst his/her peers, and to display outstanding sportsmanship. Please encourage our participants in a positive manner during this contest, and, in doing so, you are helping to build the characteristics listed above. Thank you for your attendance at this event, and for your support of our programs and our student athletes. Go Raiders! Cory Marshall PrincipalCORY MARSHALLJERRY GALEMA Welcome to Harrison High School for the 2015-16 winter athletic season! We are very excited about the upcoming year as we compete in the prestigious North Central Conference. Our athletes and coaches are defending our 2014-15 NCC All Sport Championship! Everyone in the Harrison Athletic Department thanks you for continued support of our athletes and coaching staffs. Your support is essential to our success. Our athletic programs always enjoy reflecting on past successes, but more importantly we are excited about the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead for our student athletes. Our affiliation with the North Central Conference gives our athletes a chance to compete against some of the best competition in the State of Indiana. We want all of our athletes and teams to be successful in their athletic endeavors, but our primary goal is still the academic success of each student. And, I am convinced that extracurricular participation is essential for outstanding classroom performance. Championships are won through the efforts of many people – our coaches and athletes work extremely hard on the fundamentals and strategies of the game, but it is the support of the Harrison community that allows us to be successful even in tough times. Our athletes and coaches work under the philosophy of“Together We Will”! Each member of the Raider family plays an important role, but all must want to a part of something bigger than themselves. We appreciate your attendance at this event and hope that you will help join us as we show our RAIDER PRIDE! Jerry D. Galema, RAA Director of Athletics Thank you for supporting the student-athletes of William Henry Harrison High School and their competitors. The Tippecanoe School Corporation is pleased to promote the outstanding talents and good sportsmanship of our area students. Academic classroom achievement is of high priority to the Harrison Athletic Department and our students remain active not only in athletics but the arts, music, and various other school and community organizations which play a vital role in obtaining a well-rounded educational experience. We trust this event will provide valuable life lessons for our students as well as a positive experience for our spectators. Your understanding of good sportsmanship and positive support for these students is imperative to the success of this event. Thank you for your attendance.
