Facilities New Music Centre In early February, a major milestone in our Senior Campus redevelopment was reached when the New Music Centre was open for classes for the first time. The new facilities provided two new Music classrooms, an auditorium, ten Music tutorial rooms and six new general learning classrooms. It was wonderful to see and hear the excitement of the students and teachers as they entered the new building for the first time and began using these wonderful new learning spaces. A special thank you to everyone who worked tirelessly in the planning, development, building and management of the new facility over the past few years. In particular, we thank Friends of Music and all of the families whose generous support has made the New Music Centre a reality, and our Facilities team who went the extra mile to bump in all furniture and equipment for the opening. The vacation period also saw the demolition of the Mowll Building and the two apartment blocks at the end of Monford Place. 6
