COLOUR GRADING How important is Colour Grading when its comes to Post Production? How can i improve Colour Grading is an extremely unique tool that can completely change an emotion of a film, the temperature, the vibe, the time, the plot and much more. Its a very important part to also make into account when it comes to pre production. I have been researching as i have always heavily colour graded my work and not actually looked into the actual colour of the scenes and how to create more cinematic looks. I was reading this article and extract written by Jordan Maison. He explains why colour grading in post production is so important when it comes to the vibe and mood of a scene. For example, if the scene was filmed in black and white, and had one spotlight on someone, it means that the person with the spotlight is extremely important, or this could be a turning point in the film. If there wa sa shot with bits of orange, red and yellow in the background like a sunset, and a character acting like the silhouette, this puts the scene into perspective and shifts the focus onto background more than character. Colour grading is extremely important. Jordan says, \"Grading allows you to take that corrected footage and establish an overall mood or aesthetic for your scenes. After completing my research and improving my skills and colour grading techniques, i found a quote= about Colour Grading. \"There’s no denying the importance color grading has on your videos. From putting the spotlight on emotional performances, to influencing your audience’s thoughts, it’s an invaluable storytelling tool. While diving into color grading may feel daunting at first, the results will elevate your videos and make the effort worthwhile.\" WEEKLY REVIEW FOOTAGE TAKEN FROM \"a great little film that clearly reflects on life in lockdown and \"BULLETMAN\" PRE PRODUCTION its ups and downs\" - Film Time Now PHOTOGRAPHY STAGES \"funny, exciting and just a damn good laugh!\" - T.A Films The Quarantine Couple: The Third Lockdown. The film is narrated by professional voice actor Jason Anthony, who voiced Otter in Call of Duty, Piney in Piney the lone Pine and was once the face of paramount pictures back in the early 2000s. He was fantastic to work with and a huge help for the film. This film was also judged in D&C Film competition, where it was watched by Legendary 2x Oscar Winning Cinematographer Roger Deakins.
