SPIRIT WEAR ADD-ON PROGRAMIn an effort to promote additional incremental sales to teams and schools FSG offers a less than MOQ Spirit Wear Add-On Program. This program isavailable on a limited selection of popular Spirit Wear items including select Hoodies, Jackets, T-Shirts and Polos. These items are noted in our cata-log. You can order as little as 3 pieces of the above noted items. For quantities ordered from 3 to 5 pieces there will be a 20% surcharge, for quanti-ties ordered from 6 to 9 pieces there will be a 10% surcharge. The surcharge is in addition to the 10 piece price on those items. Spirit Wear Add-Onitems MUST be ordered at same time as uniforms. Fill-Ins on this program can be as little as 1 piece. Standard fill-in charges apply.ART APPROVAL AND PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLESArt Approval (very important)In an effort to reduce errors and ensure proper interpretation of artwork files provided the following procedure applies to artwork provided by you ordone by our graphic team. FSG will take your front, back and side artwork and explode these pieces into the individual manufacturing componentssuch as body, sleeves, collar, etc. This file is referred to as our print file. The print file will be printed at 10% scale and sublimated onto fabric. Cus-tomers will be sent a photo of this sublimated fabric. Customers must examine this printed piece to ensure that all components of your artwork wereinterpreted correctly and are in the correct place. Customers should also ensure that colors of each component are correct although photographicand screen variances make exact color approval difficult. Customers have the sole responsibility to ensure that artwork is correct. If customers ap-prove this sample within 2 days of receipt then there will be no delay in shipping of your order. If customers need further approval than is provided bythe 10% print file then please refer to pre-production sample below.Pre-Production Sample OrderCustomers wishing to see an actual pre – production sample may do so by paying for the cost of the item plus any graphics charges plus a fee of$80.
