WIDA/EOC/EOG Testing with DRCClient This guide provides step by step instructions for accessing the EOC/EOG and WIDA testing Client. Test administrators should verify that all computers being used for testing have the testing clients on them PRIOR to test administration. On Windows devices, if the application does not install the first time your schools testing account logs in, it maybe necessary to restart the computer and log back in again. For Windows devices Several days before testing begins, log all computers that will be for testing in with one of the following users: • BESClass • BMSClass • FVMSClass • HESClass • KRESClass • PCHSClass Make sure that you use your schools account to log into the computers as each account has a special configuration specifically for your school. WIDA/EOC/EOG Testing with DRCClient Launching The test client One the computer completes the login process you should see a DRC Insight Online Assessment icon on your desktop. Please be patient while the computers log in as they are installing the testing software and configuration in the background.WIDA/EOC/EOG Testing with DRC Client 2

WIDA/EOC/EOG Testing with DRCClient For Chrome Devices To access the assessments on Chrome Devices, click the Apps button in the bottom left corner of the screen and then click the DRC Insight Online Assessments app. Users SHOULD NOT log into the chromebooks for testing but rather access the app from the sign in screen.WIDA/EOC/EOG Testing with DRC Client 3

WIDA/EOC/EOG Testing with DRCClient Accessing the assessments Once the application is launched, regardless of if the students are on a Chrome device or a Windows computer they should see the screen below. The tester will need to select one of two options: 1) For the GA Milestones EOC/EOG click the Georgia link or 2) For the ACCESS for ELLs assessment click the WIDA assessment.WIDA/EOC/EOG Testing with DRC Client 4

WIDA/EOC/EOG Testing with DRCClient EOC/EOG Assessment Screen Depending on the administration, one of the following boxes will need to be selected 1. To access the End Of Course/End of Grade Assessment, click the appropriate Test Sign In Link under the propper assessment. 2. To access the Reading and Evidence-Based Writing Field Test, select box 2 3. To access the Secure Pratice Test, click the Test Sign In link und the End Of Grade Assessment heading. PLEASE NOTE: the assessment locations of assessments on this screen will change as the year progresses.
