\"All girls with perfectly imperfect personalities! \"

Who is BLACKPINK ? Blackpink is a 4-member K-pop girl band consisting of  4 girls name Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa and Rose. They were the first K-pop band that was selected to perform at coachella and now is the world-famous K-pop band.



Lisa Starting with the first member, Lisa, also  known as Lalisa Manoban, the only member in Blackpink who is Thai, firstly got accepted to  the famous South Korean entertainment company called \"YG” in the YG audition held in Thailand in 2010.  After she got accepted to YG in 2010, she came to South Korea with her childhood friend who is now known as Bambam Got 7 to become a YG trainee.

hlh Unlike other kids who go to  middle school, Lisa spent her teenage life training at YG. She trained there for 5 years  3 months and debuted as one of four members of Blackpink. As you can tell by her way of talking that  can be seen through videos on Youtube, Lisa sometimes could be silly with people around her. The other  3 members also said that she is playful and mischievous when she's off stage. However, sometimes she could also be very serious when it comes to work. You can see when she was a dance mentor on a Chinese TV show called  \"I won't be soft-hearted,\" she was strict to the trainees who didn't practise well enough.

Lalisa Lisa is also very hard-working. She puts effort on training to become better all the time. At first when she came to Korea, she struggled and cried a lot because she couldn't understand the language, but because of her effort and determination, now she becomes very fluent in Korean and is well-known as one of the most talented dancers in the world. Jisoo Next, the second member, Jisoo, or her full name Kim Jisoo, a girl who became popular since high school for her beauty and kindness, had studied at the School of Performing Arts High School in Seoul till Grade 11 and left to become a trainee at YG entertainment in 2011. During years of training, before her official debut with Blackpink, Jisoo was already known to a lot of people through advertisements, TV shows and a few dramas. 

Back to the time when she was just a trainee, she used to practise very hard. She went to practise even if it was holidays just because she wanted to improve herself in what she thought she didn't do well. Finally in 2016, she made her official debut with the other 3 members as Blackpink. Most of the time, Jisoo is told to be “ the crazy onnie,” which in Korean means crazy older sister  because of  her funny and weird personalities. Jisoo could be even crazier than you  think. She gives random nicknames  to people, makes weird words like how  she says \"yeong-an\" instead of \"an-nyong\" which means \"Hello\" in Korean and  makes random jokes when being with other members.

She is also very caring to the other younger members in Blackpink. You would often see her helping  the other younger members setting hair when their bangs don’t shape  properly. Jisoo treats other members like they’re her younger sisters as she is the oldest in the group. On the other hand, Jisoo is sometimes  secluded. She could be a little bit of  a person who keeps his or her feelings too. She never cries at award shows, but she cries when she's alone.



Rose Lastly, Park Chae Young, also known as Rose  Blackpink, is a Korean girl born in New Zealand and raised in Australia. She took her first audition for  YG entertainment and got accepted so she moved back to Korea in 2012. She only trained for 4 years  2 months and made her official debut with   Blackpink in 2016. Rose loves singing and had a dream of becoming a singer since she was   just a little girl. When she was younger, she used to sing in a choir in churches in Australia.

By living in Australia  for 15 years, Rose could be able to speak English very well, along  with the other member, Jennie Kim. In fact, Rose is very talented. Besides singing and dancing, she is also good at archery and plays the guitar well. Speaking about Rose personalities, most of the time people would say that she’s sensitive and cries easily, but  actually is a very strong girl as how  you can see she came along the way  from Australia just to become  a trainee and debut.

Park Cha When Rose is with her fans,   she’s also a very nice and caring person. All the fans know that she loves them so much as the way she talks about them. Young



Jennie The third member Jennie kim, a girl  who is known as the main rapper in Blackpink, took an audition and got accepted to YG  entertainment in August 2010. Since then, she started training as a trainee for 5 years 11 months and debuted with the other girls in Blackpink in 2016. Jennie was only 14 when she first got accepted to YG entertainment as a trainee. Before that time, she was just a typical Korean girl studying in New Zealand. She had lived there for 5 years. This is why you can see her  speaking English fluently through  interviews on American TV shows.

When thinking about Jennie,  most of the people might have an image of savage girl with her face looking like a badass, but in fact Jennie is really kind and  hard-working. She always lends Rose lip balms and cooks for the other members. Once, Jennie was told to be the best cook in Blackpink by the other members. Although you might see  Jennie as a confident person when she performs on stages, but in fact she's also a bit of  a shy girl. 

Jennie said that during her first audition with YG entertainment, she  was so nervous that she could barely say  hello, but after all, she did her best  and made it through the audition. From this, you can tell that she is really determined and ready to face through problems no matter how hard it is when she has a dream of achieving something.



4 girls, 4 personalities. You all know that every members in Blackpink are different in their way of speaking and  expressing their feelings. They all have their own  unique and fun personalities. When four talented girls come together and form a band, they become Blackpink! and it’s an amazing K-pop band because all the girls are talented, funny and beautiful in their own way. However, by saying that they all are different doesn’t  mean they don’t have something  in common. You all know that they all made it this far because of their effort and determination! Yes, I’m saying that all of them have the same one thing, it's their hard-working personality!

4 girls from different cities,  different schools, but they all came to become a trainee! They all practised hard to  achieve their dreams of becoming a singer. When they were all just a trainee, they didn’t even know whether if they will debut or not, but all of them did their best. Apart from this, another one same thing they all share, is that they’re all caring people! You can  always see them trying to look at fans's cameras and shaking hands with them. Not just being caring to the fans, but also when 4 girls are together, each of them treats other nicely. They sometimes act funny and weird to the others, too, but that’s what makes people around them smiles! Their fans can watch videos of them acting stupid to the others all day without becoming bored. This is why we love Blackpink, because  all the girls even with their imperfections, are just perfect in their  own way!
