Managed a budget of $1.6b delivering services through ten national prime contracts. Achievements: • Improved governance and oversight of the $800k estate works program by collaborating with multiple stakeholders and providing oversight to the Parliamentary Works Committee. • Integrated service delivery of 32 products which delivered more effective support to the ADF and efficiencies that were re-invested in the business. Commander Defence National Storage and Distribution Centre Joint Logistics Command 2012 - 2013 Led an integrated team of 600 ADF, APS and four contracted companies in delivering procurement, storage, maintenance and distribution of inventory across six dispersed sites.
