Diversity and Tenure of ASX300 Chief Executive Officers: Diversity and Tenure of Current ASX 300 Chief Executive Officers (%) Over 5-year Tenure 31st March 2020 Non-Caucasian 30th June 2020 Female 0 10 20 30 40 50 60 70 80 90 100 As of 30th June 2020:  Over 5-year tenure: There are 147 CEOs in the ASX300 with a tenure of more than 5 years in the same company, which is 49% of the CEO population. This is a 2% increase since March 2020.  Non-Caucasian: There are 11 Non-Caucasian CEOs in the ASX300, which is 4% of the CEO population. There is no change since March 2020.  Female: There are 19 female CEOs in the ASX300, which is 6% of the CEO population. There is no change since March 2020.

This is a 1% increase since March 2020.  Non-Caucasian: There are 14 Non-Caucasian CFOs in the ASX300, which is 5% of the CFO population. There is no change since March 2020.  Female: There are 45 female CFOs in the ASX300, which is 16% of the CFO population. There is a 1% increase since March 2020.

There is a 2% increase since March 2020.  Female: There are 27 female CIOs in the ASX300, which is 9% of the CIO population. This is a 1% increase since March 2020.

There is a no change since March 2020.  Female: There are 210 female CHROs in the ASX300, which is 70% of the CHRO population. This is a 2% increase since March 2020.
