Progress Report of Previous VMC VMC MEETING MINUTES REMARKS The meeting started with the welcome of Chairman Conducted Smoothly Col Suneel Kataria Deputy Commandant and other VMC members by Principal, Sh. Sunil Kumar Joshi. He also introduced the members of VMC to Chairman. It was followed by review of previous VMC meeting Points Reviewed proceeding held on 07 September 2022. Current student strength is 1340 and having almost full strength.

Co-Curricular Activities • Various co-curricular activities were organised from September 2022 to December 2022 for overall growth of the students. • Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav was celebrated by organising various cultural activities for the students. • Under Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat, various festivals of the partner state Karnakata were celebrated. • The students were also enlightened about the importance of using the Right to Vote for keeping the democracy alive. • The activities were based on the goal to enhance the writing, listening and speaking skills.

M&R in School Building • Some shortcomings were observed by the committee members and the same were communicated to the contractor. • The estimate received from CPWD for the construction of staff toilets and shed for the library passage has been sent to KVS(HQ) for approval.

Purchase Made through GeM • As per the order received from KVS(HQ), all the purchases are to be carried out using Government e-marketplace (GeM). • The office is continuously working to achieve 100% procurement goal. • In the current financial session, 78% of the total purchase was through GeM.
