ALUMNI TALK 27th OCTOBER 2022 | 11.00 AM to 12.00 PM 5th semester CSE students Department of CSE in association with CSI Student chapter organized “ALUMNI TALK” on 27th October 2022 from 11:00AM to 12:00 PM. The invited alumni speaker for the event was Ms Deepthi S, graduate of 2021 batch. She is currently working as Software Engineer at Oracle Cerner. The title of the event was “FULL STACK WEB DEVELOPMENT”. She addressed the 5th semester CSE students. She spoke about Full stack development, the scope of the field, career prospects and the skills required for being a full stack developer. She spoke about the how she prepared for the placements and motivated the students and guided them on how to prepare for placements. The session was interactive, and students wanted to know more on cracking the best opportunity given to them. More than 70 pre-final year students of CSE department have attended and benefited from this event. AWS HANDS ON PROJECT DEPLOYMENT ON CLOUD 31st OCTOBER 2022 | 11.00 AM to 12.00 PM The Department of CSE organized a Expert lecture on the topic “ Machine Learning Algorithms-Hands on” for 5th semester students on 10/10/2022 from 10.00 AM to 12.00 PM. Resource person Mr.Gurudatt, Bigdata Developer, Eduprwa, Bangalore addressed the session. Venue: A104, Key topics of the event are: AWS account Creation, what are instances.EC2, Auto scaling, Security Groups, How to create VPN, and DNS servers and DB Servers thought in the session. Total 85 participants benefited from the event. WORKSHOP ON DATA DIVE: DATA ANALYSIS USING HADOOP AND HIVE 07th November 2022 | from 9.00 AM to 1 PM 5th semester CSE students Due to high demand, workshop on “Data Dive: Data Analysis using Hadoop and Hive” was repeated again for another 30 fifth semester students on 07th November 2022 from 9.00 AM to 1 PM. The session started with welcome speech by Dr Rachana P, Associate Professor, Department of CSE. Mr Gagan P and Ms Vanshika Sai from 7th semester, Department of CSE conducted the workshop on Data Analysis using Hadoop and Hive used in real time scenario. Top 30 students of 5th semester attended the session at HP-Vertica Lab. The session ended with student discussion with the resource persons.

Motivational Talk on Ways and Means to Deal with Stress 7th November 2022 | 03.00 PM to 04.30 PM Department of CSE organized a motivational talk on the topic “Ways and Means to Deal with Stress” for 3rd, 5th and 7th semester students on 07/11/2022 at 03.00 PM to 04.30 PM. Resource person Dr. (WgCdr) A. Nagasubramaniam, Facility Director, Fortis Hospital, Bangalore addressed the session. The resource person explained what is stress? What are the 10 major stressful events? How stress affects performance, how stress is inversely proportional to interest, stages of stress and tips to manage stress with relevant examples. Total 102 students were participated and got benefitted from this. ALUMNI TALK 11th November 2022 | 02.00 PM to 03.00 PM 3rd semester CSE students Department of CSE in association with CSI Student chapter organized “ALUMNI TALK” on 11th November 2022 from 02:00PM to 3:00 PM. The invited alumni speaker for the event was Mr Tosh Bir Singh, graduate of 2020 batch. He is currently working as Senior Software Engineer at Visit Health Pvt Ltd. The title of the event was “IMPORTANCE OF LINUX IN INDUSRTY”. He addressed the 3rd semester CSE students. He spoke about the usage of Linux in industries, how to install it into the system, the benefits of having Linux as the OS and the career prospects of being skilled in Linux programming. The Alumni also motivated the students giving an insight on how to prepare of the academics as well as the skills that they must develop for the placements. The session was very interactive, and students wanted to know more on cracking the best opportunity given to them. More than 100 2nd year students of CSE department have attended and benefited from this event.

How to be Industry Ready - A special program for 2022-23 selects 15th November 2022 Department of Computer Science & Engineering in association with Computer Society of India (CSI) conducted a special program for 2022-23 selected students. The invited speaker for the event was Mr. Sakthiganesh Chandrkasan, Senior Technology Architect, Infosys, Bangalore. The title of the event was “How to be Industry Ready”. He addressed all the 242 placed students (as on 15.11.22). The resource person emphasized the following points to students, Importance of communication, soft skills, professionalism, accountability, attitude, adaptability and continuous improvement, General Behavioural traits and interpersonal skills, Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Hackathon – 2022 16th November 2022 - 17th November 2022 | 09.00 AM to 04.00 PM - 12.00 PM to 01.00 PM Smart Hackathon 2022 is a hybrid Hackathon conducted by New Horizon College of Engineering in association with Computer Society of India for students to experience the process of generating solutions to real world problems and discovering hacks to implement it. The motive is to promote innovative thinking and to enhance the employability skills. To help students to understand the true meaning of a hackathon and its importance in the present situation. Guide them through the process with various guest lectures, competitions, mentoring, boost their value by adding new experiences in their resume and accentuate their programming and hacking skills through this competition. Kubernetes and Dockers 17th November 2022 | 10.00 AM to 12.00 PM The Department of CSE organized an Expert lecture on the topic “Kubernetes and Dockers-Hands on” for 5th semester students on 17/11/2022 from 10.00 AM to 12.00 PM. Resource person Mr. Gurudatt, Bigdata Developer, Eduprwa, Bangalore addressed the session. The key topic of discussion was Kubernetes, an open-source orchestration software that provides an API to control how and where those containers will run. It allows you to run your Docker containers and workloads and helps you to tackle some of the operating complexities when moving to scale multiple containers, deployed across multiple servers. A total of 85 participants benefited from this event.

ALUMNI TALK 21st November 2022 | 11.00 AM to 04.30 PM 7th Semester students A workshop on “Data Analytics using Python” was organized by Department of CSE in association with Industry Institute interac- tion cell (Department of HRD) to seventh semester students on 21st November 2022 from 11.00 AM to 4.30 PM. Mr. Prinshu Varma, Trainer, Prwatech Pvt. Ltd., conducted the workshop on Data Analytics using Python used in real time scenario. 25 students of 7th semester attended the session at HP-Vertica Lab. Higher Education Opportunities in European Countries 23rd November 2022 | 10.30 AM to 11.30 AM The Department of CSE organized an Expert Lecture on “Higher Education Opportunities in European Countries”, for 5th Sem CSE students on 23/11/2022 from 10.30 AM to 11.30 AM. Resource Person Dr. Emel Maden Yilmaz, Unit Manager, Mercedes-Benz, Turkey addressed the session. Key topics are: Higher education opportunities in European countries, Choices of Courses, Types of Universities, Part-time jobs, Cost of living, How Internships are helpful etc. Around 60 students participated and benefited from this Expert talk. Problem solving and Ideation workshop 28rd November 2022 | 02.00 PM to 03.00 PM Department of CSE organized a session on the topic “Problem solving and Ideation workshop” for 5th semester students on 28/11/2022 at 02.00 PM to 03.00 PM. Resource person Dr. Dhanalaksmi R V, Associate Professor, addressed the session. The resource person explained what is problem solving? What are the 10 major elements in prob- lem solving? She also gave some live examples and worked out examples. The importance of problem solving in business environment was also addressed. A total of 51 students participat- ed and got benefitted from this.

EXPERT LECTURE ON OFDM & MIMO 18th November 2022 VII semester ECE students Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering conducted an Expert lecture on “OFDM & MIMO”, on 18th November 2022 as part of Wireless Communication course for 7th semester students. The speaker, Mr. Sagar Somashekhar, is working as Senior Architect, Nokia. He focused on key features of OFDM and MIMO and also highlighted upon the techno- logical developments in this domain from industry perspective. He also discussed the advantages of MIMO. At the end of the session, he conduct- ed two quizzes for the students based on the topic. Around 93 students attended the session. It was conducted for 7th semester students. EXPERT LECTURE ON TIMING ANALYSIS 18th November 2022 V semester ECE students Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering conducted an Expert lecture on “Timing Analysis”, on 18th November 2022 as part of CMOS VLSI course for 5th semester students. The speaker, Mr. Prasad Pai, is working as Design Engineer at Frenustech Pvt Ltd. He covered the impact of delay and slew in devices and techniques for delay reduction. Around 150 students attended the session. It was conducted for the 5th semester students.

GUEST LECTURE ON THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO MBA AFTER ENGINEERING 24th November 2022 VIth SEMESTER STUDENTS Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering conducted a Guest lecture on “The Ultimate Guide to MBA After Engineering”, November 24th 2022. The speakers Mr. Sarvendu Mishra and Mr. Sameer Tarhane are working as Lead Mentor-Bangalore and Chief Mentor-Quant respective- ly. He focused on the need for higher studies in the field of MBA and provided guidelines for preparing for higher studies. Around 144 students attended the session. It was conducted for 5th semester students. POSTER PRESENTATION ON INNOVATION AND IDEAS (THROUGH YUKTI-NIR) 28th November 2022 II YEAR STUDENTS NHCE Institutions Innovation Council and Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering con- ducted a Poster Presentation on Inno- vation and Ideas (Through YUKTI-NIR) - Mentoring Event on 28th November 2022. Around 33 students from the various engineering departments and 05 faculties of IIC Coordinators and Innovation Ambassadors attended the event. Dr. Aravinda K HOD-ECE addressed the gathering. Dr.Agalya V, IIC –President gave an insight about Yukti –NIR. Dr. A. Sujin Jose, Associate Professor/Automobile Engg and Dr. Gopal K represented as Panel Mem- bers. Dr. Piruthiviraj P Associate Professor/ECE organized the event. Yukti Registered participants present- ed their innovative ideas submitted as Posters to the Panel Members.

Mega Industrial Visit 10th & 11th November 2022 The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of the New Horizon College of Engineering orga- nized an industrial visit on 10th November, 2022 to the Kaiga Atomic Power Station, for the 3rd year and 4th year students of B.E Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The characteristics and the procedures of the Kaiga Atomic Power Station and some of the other power stations across the country were explained. The switchyard was also visited and the details of the switchyard components and the aux- iliary power units were shown. An industrial visit on 11th November, 2022 to Sharavathi Hydro Power Plant and Linganamakki Dam was arranged. The type of project is Major and has a capacity greater than 25 MW. The current status of the power plant is Operational. The source of water for the generation of power is Sharavathi river. The basin is west flowing rivers. The power station is located in the Southern Hydroelectric Region. The power plant is owned by the Karnataka Government and the operating company is Karnataka Power Corporation Limited. Simulate with Us 17th November 2022 E Soft Club of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of New Horizon College of Engineering orga- nized a one-day workshop on simulation software on 17th November 2022. The workshop was intended towards students to give them an idea of the three most used sim- ulation software, real world examples were explained and simulated using the software. The workshop consisted of three sessions. The first session tackled the operation of a full bridge rectifier and simulating it with \"LT spice\". The second session was on controlling the direction of a DC motor with an H bridge and simulated on \"Proteus\". The third session was on the operation of an inverter, the output waves were generated by simulating the circuit on \"Matlab/Simulink\". The three session were taken by M Rohith Kumar Reddy a 4th year student at New Horizon College of Engineering and the president of the club. The explanations were clear cut and the doubts were cleared by the other members of the club. The work- shop was attended by 35 students of 1st, 2nd and 3rd year of various branches. FORESIGHT – An Alumni Talk 19th November 2022 Thomas Allwin, an alumni of EEE department, took a session online on how disciplines overlap with electrical engineer- ing spanning a huge number of specializations including hardware engineering, power electronics, electromagnetics and waves, microwave engineering, nanotechnology, elec- trochemistry, renewable energies, mechatronics, and many more. He also covered the topics like - Why EEE, Multidisci- plinary advantage, the scope for innovations, collaboration opportunities with other branches etc.

Investiture Ceremony of Green Energy Club 21st November 2022 The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering of the New Horizon College of Engineering organized an Inves- titure Ceremony of Green Energy Club on 21 November 2022. During this event HoD of the department, Dr.M Mahesh presided and introduced the green energy club flag. And gave the congratulation message to the club board mem- bers and volunteers. He also honored the key members of the club with green energy club batches. Around 30 club members participated and honored. Green Energy club Co-coordinator Mr. Vinod Kumar S gave the vote of thanks. WHATS NEXT? - An alumni talk 22nd November 2022 NISCHAL DINESH, alumni of EEE Department works as a freelancer in the tech industry. He delivered a session on how significant his academic days where and the significance of several disciplines in the realities of the tech business. He talked about developing industry relationships and the necessity of having a personal portfolio while applying for positions in the main sector of electrical work. He spoke with the students about the demands and expectations of the real-world labour market and also encouraged them to enroll in professional courses and use the opportunity for learning more, and keep their technical skills up to speed in order to enter the field and thrive in it. Awareness program at Jakkur Lake by GREEN ENERGY CLUB along with Jalaposhan NGO 22nd November 2022 The Green Energy Club along with Jalaposhan NGO conducted an awareness camp at Jakkur Lake. 30 club members along with the staff representative arrived at the lake and indulged in the clean- ing process. They also distributed pamphlets to the public in order to create awareness and promote them to keep the surroundings clean.

Expert Talk on “Evolving Nature of Cyber Security Crime in the present Era and Being Vigilant” 2nd November 2022 , 11:00 AM (IST) The Department of Information Science and Engineering con- ducted an Expert talk on the topic “Evolving Nature of Cyber Security Crime in the present Era and Being Vigilant” for the 5th semester students on 2nd of November, 2022. The expert speaker, Sri. Shashidhar T.K was invited to conduct the same. The Speaker, is currently working as Principal Consultant, Data Security Council of India TOPICS COVERED: • What is Cyber Security Crime? • How to be vigilant against crime activities? • Difference between various Security Measures. • How cybercrime evolved? The speaker answered questions-based on Queries of students. The outcome of this program is that the students were provided good knowledge about the various types of Cyber Crime and how to be vigilant towards crime. Guest Talk on “Product Management” 8th November 2022 , 11:00 AM (IST) The Department of Information Science and Engineer- ing conducted a Guest Lecture on the topic “Product Management” for the 5th semester students on the 8th of November, 2022 under the supervision of the Head of the Department of ISE Dr. Mohan H S in offline mode. The Expert speaker, Ms. Rinku Stephen was invited to con- duct the same. The Speaker, Ms. Rinku Stephen is currently working as a Product Manager in Microsoft, who examines the puzzle of motivation starting with a fact of how to manage the product. TOPICS COVERED: • Project Modules • Gathering Requirements • Different approaches to gather Requirements by asking why, what and How. The resource person shared her knowledge to the students about the various phases involved in develop- ing the product, role of product manager how to satisfy the user requirements and collecting the feedback from the user to attract the right customers. Case Study was given to the students to share their view in collecting the requirements.

Role of Virtual Reality in Education Sector 11th November 2022 , 11:00 AM (IST) NHCE Institutions Innovation Council and Department of Information Science and Engineering organized a webinar on Role of virtual reality in education sector on 11th Nov 2022 . This event was organized in line with the celebration of national education day, the birth anniversary of Mr. Abdul Kalam Azad, the first Education Minister of India. The speaker of the event is Dr. Brindha, Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Trichy. Dr. Mohan H.S.HOD-ISE wel- comed the resource person. The speaker delivered a talk on why we should care about virtual reality in class room, how virtual reality will help students to do enquiry based learning, How students can explore the 360 degree of interactive con- tent on any topic which helps them to learn better. She also embarked on how VR will help in building imagination and creative thinking and she also talked about how VR helps in peer interaction inside the class room. Her main focus on the talk was about computer vision and how computer vision can be used in education to maximize students’ academic output by providing a customized learning experience based on their individual strengths and weaknesses. Motivational Talk on “My Story – How to become a Successful Entrepreneur 11th November 2022 , 11:00 AM (IST) Dept. of Information Science Engineering and Dept. of Computer Engineering in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council has organized a Motivational Talk titled “My Story – How to become a Successful Entrepreneur” on 23rd November 2022 from 2.00 – 3.30 pm. The welcome address was given by Dr.Mohan H.S., HoD, ISE Department followed by the Introduction of speaker Mr. Nara- simha Naidu, Founder, STEMx, Ed-Tech Company was given by Dr. S.P. Manikandan, HoD, CE Depart- ment Dr. Agalya V, IIC President, NHCE addressed the audience about the role and responsibility of IIC – NHCE. Mr. Narasimha Naidu is alumni of NHCE, completed BE Mechanical Engineering during 2016 and done a course on Thinking and Learning in the Maker-centered classroom education from Harvard University during 2022. He has good knowledge of the franchise, its opportunity, and collaborations. He can guide in building STEM services, product models, new age pedagogy, and Design of STEM curriculum with consideration of inner human dimensions. His domain expertise includes K12 Maker spaces, STEM, STEAM, XR/AR in Education, 3D Printing, Drones, Robotics, Playful Learn- ing. Students actively participated in the session by interacting with the speaker. The outcome of the event is that the students got knowledge about the different processes involved in becoming an entrepreneur and insights on different topics such as how to find a business idea and how to convert it into a profitable business. Students also learned about the different steps involved in creating a business such as creating a business plan to create value in the market. Finally, the students got the landscape to start a new venture.

JWALAN-2022 16th November 2022, 11:00 AM (IST) The event JWALAN was conducted on 16th November, 2022 by i-SWET(G) Club, an intra-collegiate technical event held by the Information Science &Engineering Department. The event started around 11:00 am in the morning with an enthusiastic participation of 56 students across various departments. The event had three rounds in total: 1. Sounds of secrets 2. Catch up!! 3. Go get them!! JWALAN -2022 was conducted to test participant’s critical thinking, spontaneous decision making, team work and problem solving skills. The winners are: 1st Place: Srujan Reddy 2nd Place: Sandeep V 3rd place: Vigneshwara T REWIND 2.0 18th November 2022, 9:00 AM (IST) Note club of the Department of Information Science and Engineering conducted “REWIND 2.0” on 18th November 2022 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The event was held for students from all the departments of NHCE. The event had active participation with more than 200 participants. It was a team event. The event consisted of one round which was based on a Treasure Hunt. REWIND 2.0 was a continuation of the Note club event REWIND which was organized last year and it is based on a theme of Mystery and there are many technical tasks included in this to make it more interesting for the participants. ENIGMA 22nd November 2022 , 10:00 AM (IST) i-SCRUM club of Department of Information Science and Engineering conducted an event “Enigma” on 22nd November 2022 from 10:00 am onwards. The event was held for students from all the departments of NHCE. The event had active student participation with more than 200 participants. It was a team event .Each team consisted of 4 participants. The first round was “Pitcher Upturn”, a time based round consisting of flipping the bottle by all the team members and solving a word puzzle, word emoji puzzle, logic puzzle. The second round was “Ventura”. Top 20teams were selected. They were provided 10 spots throughout the campus. Each team had to visit a particular spot and finish the task assigned at that spot. The winners of the Enigma event were team SHS- Sanjay B(1NH21EC136), Hyndavi B(1NH21EC030), Sharan Prasad M(1NH21EC145),Ashmita(1NH21CS036) who bagged the first place, second place was bagged by team Badmosi- Nikhil Bhat(1NH21IS100),Dharmik Badarshal(1NH21IS049),Harshit Rana(1NH22ME008), Pankaj Kumar(1NH21IS107).

UDAAN – PRE-FINAL PRESENTATIONS 18-11-2022 The UDAAN Pre-final Mock presentations were organized for UDAAN registered qualified participants on 18th of Nov 2022 presented by the NHCIIE - New Horizon Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship. The external panel of jury members for the event are Payal Nanjiani, executive coach and leadership speaker, Himanshu.B, founder everything recycle, Kailash Nath CFA -AVP Seed Chiratae ventures, Shashwat Swaroop – founder Mermeto, Prakash Nimbalkar- startup mentor AIC DSU innovation foundation while internal panel of jury member includes head of R&D Dr. Siddesh Head research and development, NHCE, Dr. Anandhi RJ, Dean Aca- demics, NHCE and Dr. Sanjeev Sharma Dean QASDC, NHCE. The event started with a small inaugural welcoming all internal and external jury member followed by invocation song and lighting of lamp. Udaan Pre-final has given platform to16 best ideas to present and brief about their venture Students were given detail feedback. We thank external and internal panel of Jury members for their valuable time and suggestions. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Management for providing us with the platform to conduct such activities. ESSAY COMPETITION 03-11-2022 to 06-11-2022 New Horizon College of Engineering in association with SIDBI had conduced essay competition on Essay Writing Competition on the Topic “Corruption Free India for a Developed Nation” as a part of Vigilance Awareness Week – 2022. 48 participants from 11 departments from New Horizon College of Engineering has participated and had written the essay competition with respect to Vigilance Awareness Week observed from 03-11-2022 to 06-11-2022. The best 3 papers are won by Sarthak Patra USN-1NH21IS140, Niharikaa Bhattacharya (1NH20CS138) from 5th semester CSE and Harsha. Consolation Prizes were given for Serene Mathew Branch-MCA-USN-1NH21MC114, Priyanka Reddy –Ist year J section 22CCO28 and Yatish Kumar. We express our gratitude towards the manage- ment for providing this great opportunity that helps the students to be motivated.

FDP on Data Science and Machine Learning – Academic and Research Opportunities From 17-11-2022 to 23-11-2022 Faculty of NHCE and various other institutions in Bangalore Department of MCA organized a one week FDP on “Data Science and Machine Learning – Academic and Research Opportunities” from 17-11-2022 to 23-11-2022. The FDP was inaugurated on 17-11-2022 at 10.30 am. The inaugural address was given by Dr. V. Asha, HOD, MCA Dept. Later, thoughts on this FDP was delivered by Dr. K.G. Madhwaraj, Professor, MCA Dept. The resource person on 17-11-2022 was Dr. Sreekanth R, Fellow, Botho University, Africa who spoke on Kaggle and other repositories. It was a very interesting session. He also delivered hands-on exercises on machine learning and data science. The resource person on 18-11-2022 was Mr. Koustub Prem, Soft- ware Engineer from Skyfi Labs. He discussed on the different statistical measures used for data science and ma- chine learning. Further, he showed practical examples of how these measures can be used for academia and research. The resource person on 21-11-2022 was Mr. Geluvaraj, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, NHCE. He spoke on the title “Machine Learning Algorithms – Supervised and Unsuper- vised” followed by a hands-on in the afternoon session. He gave practical real-time examples which was very accepted by the faculty participants.Mr. Gunesh Shanbag, Software Engineer, SJ Innovation Pvt Ltd was the resource person for the FDP on 22-11-2022. He spoke on the title “GitHub”. Further, he also stressed the differences between Github and Git and why these are important concepts in the software industry today. Some examples of using Github was also showed to the faculty. Dr. S.S. Aravinth, Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, KL University was the resource person for the FDP on 23-11-2022. He spoke on “Typical Case Studies and Discussion” with Data Science and Machine Learning. He discussed real-time case studies of how DS and ML were being used in the society today. This was a very interesting and knowledgable session. In the afternoon, Ms. Binju Saju delivered a session titled “Decision Tree Algorithm and Performance Measures”. Feedback was collect- ed every day after every session. An oral feedback was also collected on the final day from the faculty partici- pants. The valedictory was also conducted after the feedback session. Overall, the faculty have given very posi- tive comments about the FDP and wanted such events to be collected in the near future. The Department of MCA thanks the Management, Principal, Dean-QASDC, Dean-Academics and HOD for having given permission to conduct this FDP.



Robo - Wars 15-11-2022, 2.00 p.m. The Department of Mechanical Engineering, NHCE, in association with the ROBOHORIZON STUDENT CLUB successfully conducted an event called Robo – Wars. This was an event conducted to test the student’s basic knowl- edge in fields which are deemed to be very important in the coming future. The students had to register themselves in teams of 2. The event had 2 rounds, where the first round was crossword called ‘What’s in a Word’ and was followed by the second round which was called ‘Robos on Board’. Students actively participated. Industrial Visit 17-11-2022 | 5th and 7th semester Mechanical Engineering students The Department of Mechanical Engineering, NHCE, in association with the MECHORIZON STU- DENT CLUB successfully organized an industrial visit to Hindustan Coco Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd., Bidadi, Karnataka. Students gained knowledge on various operations and production of Coco-Co- la. As per the consumer demand forecasting is done by the company to produce certain litres of Coca-Cola drinks. Students were also illustrated on how marketing strategies are adopted keeping in mind the changing customer preferences and increasing com- petition in the market and how the production in the factories are moving towards automation by using more and more superior and advance technology and machines.
