ORGANIZATION & EXPERTISE Smet Construction Services, Inc. was incorporated in De Pere, Wisconsin in 1994 by fourth generation owners Scott and Chad Smet. Founded in 1934 by their grandfather until 1964 when their father Dan purchased the company. The company’s origin was home building, until 1994, when the brothers turned their focus strictly to commercial and industrial. Over the years, our team has utilized its experience and its active relationships with expert subcontractors to offer unique and innovative solution for businesses of all kinds, ranging from small jobs to $75 million dollar contracts.
