AARON YEUNGDESIGN AND FINE ARTS PORTFOLIO AARON YEUNG WORKS SELECTED FROM 2014 - 2017 e: [email protected]

I believe great design can come in infinite styles. Design can be intricately layered or simple but powerful. I’m serching for ways to combine these styles to creat strong but beautiful work.I could never answer when people asked what I wanted to do in life, but I knew I had a passion for arts. I realized I loved to create things with purpose and utility for everyone to enjoy. I realized design and arts was the perfect tool to achieve that. 8. 15. 2017

This Chinese typography series is initially designed for a letter- press postcard project to celebrate the Chinese New Year. All Chinese sayings are presented in playful graphics with very vi- brant colour combinations. Together with an antique printingtechnique on 100% cotton paper, it creates a rather contempo- rary style. Graphic Design: Aaron Yeung Special Thanks: Mr. Li GRAPHIC DESIGN 35
