Settings Teach ing made easy Creating Data File: Open the excel file which is downloaded. Fill the below necessary columns. Enter Student Id - Student Id must be with prefix of college code. Enter the Student Name Enter the Father Name, Phone, Login Id, Password, Gender, DOB and Category (optional) Login Id and Passwords are generated automatically. If you want to create as your own, you have to fill those columns. Father Name / Phone / Loin Id / Gender / DOB / Category these fields are not mandatory. You can add if you have the data. Enter the Hierarchy Id. You can get the hierarchy ids by following below steps. k . - Go bac to settings k s - Clic on Institute Detail k . - Chec the hierarchy which you want to copy the id k- You can copy the hierarchy id by clic ing on the copy symbol. Settings Teach ing made easy Uploading Data File: Click on + symbol and select Upload File Select the data file which you have created. Click on Open The file will be uploaded. it willl take few seconds depends upon the data. Once the uploading completes, the student usernames and passwords will be downloaded automatically. Page 4/4
