Tests Overview Partial Paper: Partial paper is a unique feature that GetRanks provides. In this, you can create the question paper both selecting from question bank and parser method. You can select some questions from the question bank and the remaining can be uploaded from the parser method. In the same way, you can select questions from the question bank for a subject and the remaining can be uploaded. You can download the complete question paper, in both ways you have created along with keys and solutions. Page 1/7

Tests How to upload a Partial Paper? Step 1: Review Go to Tests Tab. Select Drafts. Click on 3/3 teachers completed. Page 2/7

Tests Click on Review Questions. Check all the questions (images, equations, formulas, etc) and click on Confirm Questions. Follow the same for all subjects. Page 3/7

Tests Step 2: Upload missing questions Click on Missing questions count and check the missing questions and their numbers. Click on Upload Missing button. Select the appropriate Question format you are using in your question paper Select the appropriate Option format you are using in your question paper Click on Parse All the questions should have same format. Tests Wait for few mins, your question paper is getting parsed. Once it get parsed you will get a message \"Uploaded successfully\". Click OK Step 3: Check the questions Check all the questions whether everything has been parsed properly. Click on Next Page 5/7

Tests Step 4: Upload answer key Answer Keys of the questions which you have selected from the question back will be appear automatically. You can download the sample key file for missing questions. Fill the answer key in the given format. Save as the file into .csv format. Click on Upload icon (Top right corner) Select Upload File Select the filled answer key file Your answer key will upload successfully. Page 6/7

Tests Step 5: Review All Questions Click on Review all questions button. Check the questions and correct option for all questions and Click on Publish button. Here you can download the Question Paper / Key / Solutions by clicking on Download button Click on Publish button. Check all the test details and click on Publish Online button. Uncheck the Auto-generate Analysis if you want to generate analysis manually. Test published successfully. Click on Done button to check in the upcoming tests. Page 7/7
