Tests What will be in Progress Reports? Step 1 : Open the file Go to the downloaded file location. In this folder, you can see Extract the zip file which the pdf of all students you have downloaded by who attempted that using Winrar / Winzip particular test. Page 1/10

Tests Open the file with any pdf reader software. (Acrobat Reader is preferable) Step 2 : Test Report - Page 1 In the Report Card you can see the below 1. Overall Summary It shows the Student's overall performance like marks and ranks he scored in that particular test. Here You Can See: 1. Max. Marks: The maximum marks you can score in that particular Test. 2. Cutoff: This shows the minimum marks to get Qualify in the test. 3. My Score: This shows the marks and ranks you got on that particular test. 4. Rank: shows your rank in that particular test. 5. Topper: It shows the marks scored by the topper and his rank in that particular test. 6. Student Attendance: Total number of students who appeared in that particular test. 7. Questions: This means the number of questions you have answered correct, wrong and unattempted. 1. Green: No. of Questions attempted correctly 2. Red: No. of Questions attempted wrong 3. Gray: No. of Questions not attempted Page 2/10



Tests OBSERVE THE BELOW EXAMPLE SUMMARY EXPLANATION In the above example summary, - The subject name will be shown here. (1) - The total number of questions asked is 30 (2) - The test was conducted for Max. Marks of 360. (3) - In this test, student has attempted 14 correct, 11 Wrong and 5 questions are not attempted. (4) - In this subject, the student's score is 48 marks out of 120. (5) - Topper got 110 marks in the particular subject. (6) 3. Attempt and Accuracy % - The Attempt & Accuracy graph shows the Attempt and Accuracy rates for each subject. Attempt: Percentage based on the number of questions you have attempted out of the Total number of questions in that particular test Accuracy: Percentage based on the number of questions Correct out of the Total number of questions attempted in that particular test. Tests Step 4 : Question Paper - Page 3 Onwards In the same pdf, you can see the question of that particular test from the 3rd page onwards. You can download the question paper along with the progress reports for future reference. In that question paper, you can see the question by question, the option you have chosen, and the correct answer. Page 8/10

Tests OBSERVE THE BELOW EXAMPLE SUMMARY EXPLANATION: In the above example summary, (1) Test Name: Name of the test which you have given. (2) Date & Time: The Start Date, Start Time, End Date and End Time of the test will be shown here. (3) Marks: Total Marks Scored by the student. (4) Rank: Overall Rank Scored by the student. (5) Questions: No. of Questions the student attempted Correct, Wrong and no. of questions Unattempted. (6) This Indicates the student that attempted that particular question is Correct or Wrong or Unattempted. (7) It shows the question which you have given (8) This (X) mark shows the answer which the student selected if the answer is wrong. If the student selected the correct option then only the tick mark will show. (9) This indicates the correct answer to that question. Option-wise students’ percentages will be shown on the right of the option. Page 9/10
