Welcome!Thank you for taking the .me to take a look at Triumph Protec.on Group’s Guard Management Technology! We are really thankful for the opportunity to share our hard work and passion with you! Here’s a brief overview of how Triumph Protec.on Group’s unique soCware u.lizes the latest technologies and integrates them into prac.cal and func.onal solu.ons that will make your job easier.
How It Works While using any Android or Apple device, Officers in the field can: Report Update Daily Include Photos Scan Incidents Ac.vity Reports & Audio Files Checkpoints Receive Tasks Communicate Clock Issue Warnings & Reminders with Dispatch In and Out & Viola.ons All of this informa.on is GPS tracked and available in real .me in the Issue Monitor Dispatchers, Maintenance Local & Regional Supervisors & Admins Teams & Vendors Facility Managers
How We Report We use smartphones and tablets with quick and simple drop down repor.ng menus to streamline the repor.ng, maximize on site visibility, and reduce your risk and liability. Instead of tradi.onal hand wriWen DARs our officers are provided varied repor.ng op.ons that enable them to report easily throughout their shiC. • Issue types can be completely customized and worded for your industry and specific property. • At your choosing any issues or incidents reported can trigger a no.fica.on to the necessary par.es (i.e. managers, maintenance supervisors or teams, and issue specific vendors). • All issues are priori.zed based on the scope of service at each property and according to your needs.
Guard Tour CheckpointsWhen a checkpoint is scanned 4 things happen: 1) Instruc.ons are shown to the officer specific to that loca.on 2) A pre-‐wriWen note in risk and liability terms is entered into all reports including the Daily Ac.vity Report (DAR). 3) A GPS pinpoint is taken to track the officers loca.on at the .me of the scan 4) The officer is required to include a photo with the checkpoint to verify their loca.on (op+onal)
Sample ReportsSo now that we’ve covered how informa.on is gathered, let’s take a look at where all of that informa.on goes. First off, the issue monitor is the hub of all the ac.vity reported through our soCware. Everything that is reported including incidents, checkpoints, tasks, and dispatched issues will all be tracked right here in the issue monitor.
