Pathfinder’s photodigitising system is not limited to the size of a traditional digitising table. Patterns can be emailed from remote locations and cut in production within minutes. Sheet Nesting Creation of multiple nests simultaneously. Useful when cutting from multiple sheets or spreads of material to complete a cut order. Material waste is minimized as patterns cross over multiple spreads to achieve most efficient material utilization (see below). Photo Nesting This powerful feature enables positioning of patterns onto any shape material and is particularly valuable for nesting on leather hides. A camera positioned overhead captures the material for which patterns are nested. This enables complete control in positioning patterns around flaws. This system can be configured as a standalone or integrated within the Pathfinder cutting machine.
