TIMELINE 1978: Construction of UTM campus in Johor Bahru, Johor. 1982: Development of Sultan Ibrahim Building, Mosque Masjid Sultan Ismail, Sultan Iskandar Hall, UTM Library, Fakulti Ukur, Fakulti Alam Bina and Fakulti Sains. Busut UTM- The original highland is preserved during construction until now. 16 September 1985: Official opening of UTM Johor Bahru Campus by DYMM Seri Paduka Baginda Yang DiPertuan Agong Almarhum Sultan Iskandar Ibni Almarhum Sultan Ismail (UTM second Chancellor)
