E. MURIO MANILA

E. Murio is a 2nd generation workshop that designs and manufactures fine furniture, cabinets, home interiors, and accessories. We specialise in natural materials such as rattan, bamboo, plant and grass weaves, and tropical woods. E. Murio goes a long way back. We trace our steps from Spain to the Far East, and finally to Manila, over years of travel, adventure, and friendship, the families who have made what E. Murio stands for today shared their experience and expertise to craft the distinctive aesthetic our pieces embody. The bindings and bone fittings are just some of the fine finishing details that distinguish our furniture from that produced elsewhere. It is no wonder that a select audience with a critical eye has come to love our work. Our work tends towards more classic pieces, but we continue to experiment and produce modern forms, crafting them with our traditional techniques and natural materials. We like to think of our furniture as intimate architecture for the body. We hope that they evoke a formal fascination, an appreciation of texture, and a sense of comfort and delight.
