OUR SERVICES ALUMINUM ANODIZING Aluminum is anodized for corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and insulation from electricity, adhesion, or aesthetic enhancement. It is Hard, comparable to a sapphire. Silver, champion, bronze, brown, and black colors are available in matte and glossy finishes. POWDER COATING Powder coating is a technique used to apply a decorative and protective finish to a wide range of products that are used by both manufacturers and consumers. A powder-coated surface is more resistant to chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing than other surfaces. There is a wide variety of colors’ from high and low gloss to metallic and clear finishes. OUR INFRASTRUCTURE We have a well-equipped infrastructure that includes all the latest facilities. In addition to this, we have the latest quality testing devices that are used to check all array of both raw material and finished products. Our manufacturing unit is in 10,000 square feet in size. We have a monthly capacity of 100 tones. It will be increased over time. Anodizing: 1 nos of 3000 AMP Anodizing Rectifier. 1 nos of 2000 AMP Color transformer. 2 nos 7.5 hp Buffing machine. 1 nos 22 TR DHS Chilling plant. Tank size 6500mm L x 900mm W x 1500mm H Coating: Batch type powder coating oven size. Inside Size of oven: 1830mm W x 1830mm H x 5185mm L 7 tanks pre-treatment process. PAGE | 05

QUALITY TESTING FACILITY & EQUIPMENT We use Fischer make Micron measuring meters In-house lab Maintain bath as per standard for a regular check-up A rigorous, online quality assurance program is conducted before any material is allowed to leave our premises. A company QC associate visually checks the anodized aluminum for flaws and color variations, comparing the metal to a set of internal control samples. The control samples consist of two samples which represent the extremes of appearance to be expected on the finished components. The Anodizer is responsible for providing adequate testing and sampling to ensure the production quality meets test requirements.
