Today the St. Petersburg Artistic Paints Plant not only keeps traditions of production, but also actively expands the range and improves technologies that allow it to occupy a significant share of the Russian market, as well as export 30% of total production. “Nevskaya Palitra” is the only one in Russia and one of the few in the world’s plant with a full cycle of paints production and the widest range of the made materials for painting and creativity. The production volume of the factory increases by 20-25% annually.

The paints developed in the laboratory of the plant are traditionally used in the restoration of masterpieces from the collections of the State Hermitage, the State Russian Museum and the State Tretyakov Gallery.

• The International Watercolor Society (IWS Globe) is a non-profit organization that has an objective to increase the popularity of watercolor technique. IWS Globe exists since January 2012, and currently has branches in more than 100 countries around the world. • IWS monthly organizes festivals, competitions, biennale in different countries. Leading watercolor painters from all over the world take part in them. They share their experience and introduce watercolor amateurs to their painting technique. • IWS has a developed network of communities on Facebook with a large number of followers. All activities are announced in the communities and get a wide international coverage. At the end of 2017 the company \"Nevskaya Palitra\" in cooperation with IWS launched the project that resulted in the release of three new watercolor sets \"White Nights\" with IWS recommendation.

International Watercolor Contest International Watercolor Contest organized by the “Nevskaya Palitra” company and the International Watercolor Society was launched at the end of 2017. Artists were free to choose the theme and the size of the picture. Jury evaluated the unique vision of the world interpreted by the artist in his work. Among the jury members there were outstanding world watercolorists: Atanur Dogan (Turkey), Sergey Temerev (Russia), Ze Ze Lai (Hong Kong), Liu Yi (China), Ona Kingdon (Canada) and Efim Zagorodnikov, General Director of the “Nevskaya Palitra” company. The first prize was printing of the winning paintings on the watercolor sets \"White Nights\" and a trip to St. Petersburg, where they were inspired by the incredible atmosphere of the Northern capital of Russia.

More than 1800 works from all over the world were sent to the contest. We present you three works of the winners that are now printed on the cover of the new watercolor sets \"White Nights\": 12 colors in pans, 12 colors in tubes, 36 colors in pans.

To present the new sets in St. Petersburg we invited Atanur Dogan, IWS Founder and President. He visited \"Nevskaya Palitra\", met with the General Director and held a demonstration workshop at the Saint-Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art .
