Commitment to Glorious Journey Quality Education Rahul Group, established in 1992, enjoys the reputation of providing good quality education through its schools & colleges spread across the extended western suburbs of Mumbai and Thane. The Journey started with a small step when Mother Mary’s English High School was established in Bhayander in 1992. Prompted by the immediate positive response from students & their parents, subsequent years saw a steady rise in number of schools set up under the umbrella of Rahul Group till 1999. The dawn of new millennium witnessed a robust growth-oriented action plan which resulted in setting up of eight school and four junior colleges till 2008 in newer locations spread over in a belt stretching from Bhayander to Palghar. It was in this period that Rahul Group also entered the arena of teacher’s education and esatablished D. T. Ed. and B. Ed. colleges which soon became popular among the aspiring young teachers. The year 2009 proved to be a significant mile-stone in the journey of Rahul Group also entered the domain of CBSE curriculum in the form of Rahul International School at Nallasopara (W), affiliated to the CBSE Board, New Delhi. Rahul Group added one more feather in its cap in 2010 when Shree, L. R. Tiwari College of Engineering was established in Mira Road. This institution, being the first engineering college in Mira - Bhayander region affiliated to University of Mumbai, fulfilled the long standing need of a college offering degree level higher & technical education programs. The year also marked yet another feat by way of establishing the Rahul M.Ed. College, first of its kind in this part of Thane district. The IGNOU study center at Bhayander opened the avenue of distance education for hundreds of students desirous of pursuing higher education. Enthused by the tremendous positive response from society in general and student community in particular, Rahul Group set its sight on areas outside Maharashtra. In 2011 an impressive educational campus was set up at Chandauli (Varanasi) in Uttar Pradesh. Establishment of Pt. Ramdhar J. Tiwari Polytechnic and Rahul International Public School with ultra modern infrastructure marks the beginning of yet another success story in Eastern Uttar Pradesh. As the journey continues, near future will witness remarkable strides in terms of diversification in newer educational domains like Law, Architecture, Pharmaceutical Science& medicine. Rahul Group remains committed to its vision - ‘ Education for All’ and its mission- ‘ Progress through Quality Education.’
