CEO'S MESSAGE Dear Team of 2022, I write this message, beaming with pride for all of the professional accomplishments and the growth of the team this year. This team has achieved great success despite many challenges that we have faced this year. You have consistently demonstrated hard work, determination, teamwork and focus. However, though there are many attributes you display every day, there are two qualities that this 2022 team has demonstrated throughout the year: perseverance and positivity. These two qualities have been tested this year...a lot. We began this year with the announcement of a new office location in Walnut Creek. We also started the year adding new members to our executive team. You were challenged to set professional goals for yourself that were not easily attainable. You rose to the occasion and you set those tough goals. As we navigated through the first quarter of the year, our executive team had our executive retreat and made some difficult decisions about which clients we would keep and which clients needed significant price increases. We shared these decisions with the team, and we weeded out some difficult and unprofitable clients. We persevered, and the team stood tall with a positive mindset. We had some changes on our management team and our executive team this year. We said goodbye to some managers and executives while we welcomed some new executives and team members. We also welcomed an incredible and hardworking team overseas to help us do what we all do even better. Again, despite these changes, we kept going and focused on what needed to be accomplished. 02

(continued) We also welcomed some significant, larger accounts. Our accounting team was tested with the transitions of the smaller properties that were outbound while onboarding the bigger properties that are our target clients. It wasn't easy, but the team remained positive and maintained a can-do attitude. We collectively discussed the challenging client personalities that have become more commonplace and prevalent to encounter. As a team, we have discussed ways in which we can diffuse challenges, proactively deal with these types of challenges, and supported one another through the tough moments. I don't think there was a team member among us who didn't experience these challenges this year. And again, we prevailed and never threw in the towel when it got hard. Your true character shined brightly this year. The resilient, focused and successful persevere and maintain a positive and grateful attitude. Most good things do not come easily but require grit and determination. You're on this 2022 team, and you have demonstrated that you have what it takes. You are part of the HOA Organizers' family and have been steadfast in your positivity and your perseverance. I commend you and I thank you for a year of change, adapting, remaining strong, supporting your team and your team members, and staying focused through all of our good times and our tough times. I'm wishing you a wonderful New Year...don't forget to make your resolutions (set your goals). We all learned that setting and achieving goals is the foundation to fulfillment, achievement and confidence. Cheers to a great year behind us and a year of new goals ahead of us. Neda Nehouray 03
