This will not only bring out the best talents, but also foster the spirit of national integration. This is a platform to acknowledge sporting talents among postal fraternity. General Instruction to Managers, Coaches, & Players 1. Protests, if any, should be lodged with the Tournament Director in writing. 2. For all other disputes, the decision of the Organisers, Jury of appeal shall be final and binding on the participating teams. 3. All Teams including Managers & Coaches should attend the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. 4. All Teams should maintain discipline in the field as well as in accommodation places. 5. Accommodation has been arranged for all the Teams. Consumption of liquor, & gambling is strictly prohibited. 6. All Members should keep their accommodation places neat and tidy. They should also ensure that fans & lights are switched off and water taps are closed when not in use. 7. Be in touch with the volunteers on duty for any sort of help, in connection with accommodation, transportation, etc. 8. The Secretary, Accommodation and Transport Committee may be contacted for any enquires. Further, the participating teams may kindly inform them about their return journey schedule so as to arrange for transportation. 9. All the teams are requested to assemble on 27.09.2022 sharp at 08.00 am for the Inaugural Function at Shree Kanteerava Indoor Stadium, Bengaluru. 10. All Team Managers are requested to co-operate with the organizers for the successful conduct of the tournament. 11. Participants are requested to abstain from coming to the stadium in case of the appearance of symptoms such as cough, cold, or fever. First Aid assistance will be available at the stadium. The Karnataka Postal Circle Solicits the Cooperation of All the Participants to Make the Tournament a Grand Success.

Official Nominated by Karnataka Volleyball Association Chief Referee: Shri K.Venkatesh Note: 1. The matches will be conducted on a League cum knock-out basis. 2.The latest rules of the All India Volleyball Federation will be followed. 3.The referee's decision will be final. 4.Players should exhibit utmost discipline and sportsman spirit on and off the field. Indiscipline on the part of the players will be seriously dealt with. 5. The participant team should wear uniforms compulsorily. 6.The tournament committee reserves the right to effect any changes either in the schedule of matches or in the fixture without assigning any reasons thereon. 7.Teams/Players are requested to be present one hour before the schedule time. 8.No protest will be entertained against the decision of the referees during the match. If any protest, a protest fee of Rs.500/- has to be paid and appeal to be made within half-an-hour on completion of the match. Jury of Appeal 1. Shri.
