Welcome to our Scottsdale rental in Hidden Hills Here is some quick check-in and check-out information. ● Parking Information ○ Feel free to park in the driveway, garage or street. ● Unlock and Locking the Home ○ There will be a lockbox next to the front door. The Code to unlock is 1515, Please use this box when you check-in and check-out to hold the key. ● Check-in time ○ Please check in at 4:00 pm (Call for special arrangements) ● Feel free to use anything in the home ○ Towels Dishes Silverware ● Please Call ahead if you would like the pool to be heated

The check-out

Keep in Mind... ● SHEETS ON DEPARTURE DAY ○ Please strip any beds that were used and pile the laundry near the washer and dryer. Adding any towels to the pile is helpful as well. ● Garbage & Recycle ○ Although not required, We do appreciate tenants who clean up after themselves. ○ The trash and recycle both are located on the side of the home nearest to the garage. ● Check out time ○ Check Out will be at 11:00 am.
