From the risers to the sightlines and theater lighting, CinemaTech brings the expert knowledge andexperience to design your perfect home theater.We provide an easy and pleasant way to start the process of designing a remarkable home theater. Through our custom-tailored approach, our designteam first understands your preferences and needs and then creates preliminary drawings that ensure the best use of each space within the privatecinema.A key aspect of this step is to “design for maximum performance”, and this is one of our specializations. Once the performance of the room is mappedto the best visual and auditory standards, 3D renderings are created. These pictures show exactly how the theater will look when the construction iscompleted.CinemaTech is committed to creating a unique and compelling private cinema design that meets each client’s tastes and plans for usage. Private Cinema Design and Build Steps 01 Introductory Meeting Learn about the Design Services Program and how we work with clients. In this meeting we will discuss your preferred construction time frames and explain the theater design/installation process. Following this initial discussion, information is provided on how to proceed with our fully refundable Design Service Program. 02 Design Consultation Meet with our Theater Design Team to discuss your vision for the style and uses of your private home cinema. Topics will include the type of viewing events you plan, the desired guest capacity, equipment options, and seating choices. This meeting can occur through a visit to one of our Design Centers or through a video conference.03 Preliminary Design Drawings AutoCAD conceptual design plans are created. These plans cover seating layout, sightline views, viewing angles, and dimensional room analysis for acoustical optimization. This step concludes with a review of the plans and an in-depth discussion of any questions you may have.04 Material/Finish Selection and 3D Renderings We can provide material and finish samples during a meeting at one of 2532 CinemaTech’s Design Centers or by mailing these samples to you. With samples in hand, we will then assist in the final selection of materials and finishes. This step concludes with the development of 3D Renderings so you can see the room exactly as it will appear when constructed. 13 - DSP

Fly and BuyAs their first step in the experience of planning their private home cinema, many prospective clients visit one of CinemaTech’s Design Centers. We havelocations in Dallas, Texas; West Hollywood, California and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. CinemaTech’s Buy & Fly program provides members of an AuthorizedCinemaTech Dealership and their client’s party with a travel credit of $1000 (that is applied toward the purchase of CinemaTech Seating and/or AcousticalWall Treatments). Client pick-up and drop-off at the airport is available upon request.During the visit, we will introduce you to our full suite of CinemaTech seating models and present two fully-equipped private home cinemas. This providesyou with the opportunity to experience our unique Acoustic Room System treatments, star ceiling designs, motorized curtains, luxurious carpeting, designer-class woodwork, and many more theater design elements. Our Design Centers also provide seating leather and fabric options, wood and carpet samples,and paint motifs that can be blended to meet your exact preferences for décor and style.*Credit of up to $1,000 of travel cost with qualifying purchase • CinemaTech’s full line of private cinema seating is on display. In this first meeting, we start by explaining the home theater construction process. • Our staff will be happy to share 3D Renderings of other home theaters and discuss past projects. The Fly & Buy visit concludes with planning the next step in the Design Service Program.

Acoustic Room Systems by CinemaTech At 760 Miles Per Hour, You’d Better Know What You’re Doing Voted the #1 Acoustical Wall Treatment by the CE Pro 100 (The largest 100 custom electronics integrators in the United States) The CinemaTech Acoustic Room System (ARS) is the only acoustic product in the marketplace that achieves acoustic performance down to 100 Hz with a wall thickness profile of only 1-¼”. This ARS material is Class-A fire rated for safety. CinemaTech’s expert theater designers and skilled installation technicians can incorporate the ARS wall treatment into any design without impacting the aesthetics of the theater space. 15 - ARS

STEP 1 - The ARS Installation Begins When room construction and sheetrock installation is completed, a CinemaTech ARS specialist will install theater elements such as columns and architectural woodwork. (This set of services is available through the purchase of the complete Design Service Program.) STEP 2 - Installing ARS Fabric Retainers Next, the CinemaTech ARS specialist will apply the 1.25”-deep fabricretainer that will provide the framework for the ARS panels and acousticallytransparent fabric. This Owens Corning product is known as the worldwide leader in its category. STEP 3 - Installing the Acoustical Panels Reversible diaphragmatic panels and high-frequency diffusers are then applied directly to the sheetrock (and according to the exact specifications indicated by our acoustical analysis and model design). This customized acoustic design maximizes the private home cinema’s sound performance and audio experience. STEP 4 - Installing the Fabric Finish In this step, the acoustical treatment is hidden behind delightfully attractive and acoustically transparent fabric. The finishing touches of visual appearance are applied, and the room is transformed into a superlative theater that true audiophiles will revel in.

ACT III M3 Motorized Incliner The CinemaTech M3 provides an outstanding combination of seating quality, immediate availability, and lower cost of ownership. The only difference is the M3 is built in advance of the order and ready for quick-ship. Each seat provides motorized incline (seat, backrest and footrest) as well as a manually adjustable articulating headrest. The M3 can be covered in either of our full-grain, Grade-1 black or brown leathers. CinemaTech uses the latest in custom Limited-Volume-Production (LVP) to produce quantities of M3’s.
