WHAT TO EXPECT How Booking Works Informal Chat about Wedding Photography: We understand that choosing the right photographer for your wedding is an important decision. We invite you to schedule an informal chat with us preferably in person over a coffee but zoom can work too. We can discuss your vision, wedding details, and photography preferences. This conversation allows us to get to know each other better and ensures that we are the perfect t to capture your special day. Booking and Payment: Once you have decided to proceed with our services, we will provide you with a booking agreement that outlines the details of our collaboration. To secure your wedding date, we require a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount will be communicated during our initial conversation. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. Pre-Wedding Meeting ( & Engagement shoot if applicable) : A pre-wedding meeting is an essential part of our process. It gives us the opportunity to discuss your wedding timeline, shot list, and any speci c requests you may have. Usually about 8 weeks from your big day. We want to ensure that we capture all the important moments and details that matter to you. This meeting (and engagement shoot) also helps us establish a comfortable rapport so that you can feel at ease in front of the camera on your big day Wedding Day: On your wedding day, we will arrive at the agreed-upon time, ready to capture every cherished moment. We will blend seamlessly into the background, capturing candid shots, documenting the emotions, and immortalizing the beautiful memories as they unfold. Delivering the Wedding Photographs: After careful selection, editing, and post-processing, we will present you with a beautifully curated collection of images that capture the essence of your special day. Your photographs will be delivered in a high-resolution digital format, allowing you to easily share and print your memories. This shoot is not a necessity as our in person meeting will be more than enough to allow us to become familiar. However our couples have said they were a delightful opportunity to to relax, connect, and create beautiful memories before their big day.
