Take the weight with your right hand and lift it to the outside of your right shoulder, palm away from you. Put another weight on the floor near of the left foot. Bend the left leg in the knee and bend over, grabbing the weight with your left hand (A). On inhaling, straighten the left leg, simultaneously pull out the straight right leg to the level of the thigh. Exhale, pull your right arm up, look at it (B).
