Outdated Software Curriculum The curriculum taught in colleges in the Philippines have not been updated to what is actually needed to work in a tech company. Good quality education is expensive The barrier to entry to getting an education that builds a good foundation for software engineers is high. Limited to the elite.

What will I be learning? Web Dev. Fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Learn the fundamentals needed to build websites for the internet. Covering topics beginning with HTML and CSS all the way to advanced JavaScript. Frontend Development (React JS) Develop the skills you will need to analyze code, design and debugging applications while maintaining a seamless user experience. Backend Development (Ruby and Ruby on Rails) Become skilled in writing code that connects the web to a database, manages user connections and powers the web application as a whole.

Frequently Asked Questions ������ When will the classes take place? The next batch will take place in July! This will be a full-time course that will be held from Monday to Friday from 9am-6pm. ������������ Does Avion School help me get a job? We do! The classes that we teach are based off the work done in top startups, we also help with interview questions and partner with companies to make job search easier. ������ How does the income share agreement work? The income share agreement is an agreement between the student and Avion School that allows you to take the course without paying upfront. You only pay when you’re hired.

Frequently Asked Questions ������ Is the repayment amount of the ISA calculated before or after taxes? The amount in the income share agreement is calculated based on your pre tax income. ������ When do my ISA repayments start? You will only have to start paying the payments for the income share agreement once you start making a salary of Php 30,000/month as your pre-tax income. ������ What can I expect to be after Avion School? A software engineer! Throughout the course, you will learn all the skills needed to build fully functioning web applications. From here, you can pursue a career in frontend or backend.
