‫أخبار رئيسية‬ ‫بتمويل من صندوق قطر للتنمية‬ ‫لأول مرة في غزة‪ :‬مستشفى حمد يبدأ بتشغيل عيادات نوعية‬ ‫لخدمة المرضى وذوي الإعاقة «مجا ًنا»‬ ‫نوعية في مجالها كما أنها الأولى من نوعها في‬ ‫أعلن مستشفى سمو الشيخ حمد للتأهيل‬ ‫غزة‪ ،‬وجاءت لتراعي خصوصية الأطفال المتلقين‬ ‫والأطرافالصناعيةبغزةوالممولمنصندوققطر‬ ‫لخدمات التأهيل‪ ،‬بحيث سيتم متابعتهم‬ ‫للتنمية عن تشغيل عدد من العيادات النوعية‬ ‫من قبل طبيب أعصاب أطفال مختص‪ ،‬الأمر‬ ‫بإمكانيات عالية وخبرة متقدمة بما يضمن‬ ‫الذي سيشكل علامة فارقة في نتائج العلاج‪.‬‬ ‫خدمة صحية متكاملة للمرضى وذوي الاعاقة‪.‬‬ ‫وأضاف م‪ .‬العشي «ستستقبل العيادة الأطفال‬ ‫وتضم العيادات الجديدة عيادات تعمل لأول مرة‬ ‫الذين يعانون من إصابات الجهاز العصبي‬ ‫في قطاع غزة‪ ،‬وهي عيادة تأهيل الأطفال‪ ،‬عيادة‬ ‫المركزي والشلل الدماغي وأمراض العضلات‬ ‫الذكورة وتأهيل المثانة لذوي الإعاقة‪ ،‬عيادة الألم‪،‬‬ ‫بالإضافة لإصابات العمود الفقري التي تؤثر‬ ‫عيادة تأهيل الجلطات وإصابات العمود الفقري‪،‬‬ ‫على النمو الحركي والإدراكي للطفل»‪.‬‬ ‫بالإضافة لعيادة تأهيل الأطراف العصبية‪.‬‬ ‫أما عن عيادة الذكورة وتأهيل المثانة لذوي‬ ‫وقال سعادة السيد خليفة الكواري‪ ،‬مدير‬ ‫الإعاقة تابع يقول «قررنا افتتاح العيادة بعدما‬ ‫عام صندوق قطر للتنمية «نحن فخورون‬ ‫لاحظنا غياب التخصص لسنوات طويلة في قطاع‬ ‫بالنقلة النوعية والاستمرارية والتطور الذي‬ ‫غزة‪ ،‬وسنعمل لأول مرة بالتعاون مع أحد الأطباء‬ ‫يشهده مستشفى حمد للتأهيل والأطراف‬ ‫الاستشاريين لعلاج مشاكل التبول والمشاكلات‬ ‫الصناعية منذ افتتاحه في إبريل ‪2019‬م‪،‬‬ ‫الجنسية التي تصاحب الإعاقات الحركية»‪.‬‬ ‫حيث ان اضافة مثل هذه التخصصات المهمة‬ ‫وبخصوص عيادة الألم أكد العشي أن أحد أهم‬ ‫يشكل فارقًا كبيرًا لأهالي قطاع غزة وهم‬ ‫عناصر التأهيل هو تخفيف الألم عن المرضى‬ ‫بأمس الحاجة لها مع كل الصعوبات التي‬ ‫من ذوي الإعاقة‪ ،‬وهو من التخصصات الحديثة‬ ‫يواجهونها من حصار جائر وعدوان إسرائيلي‬ ‫عالمًيا‪« ،‬وفي قطاع غزة لدينا عيادة واحدة‬ ‫مستمر‪ .‬ونتمنى ان يثمر هذا الدعم الحيوي‬ ‫فقط ولا تستطيع تغطية جميع الحالات‪،‬‬ ‫من الصندوق بالمزيد من الخدمات العلاجية‬ ‫فبالتالي فإن العيادة ستخفف من معاناة‬ ‫النوعية لتغيير حياة الآخرين وصنع الأمل لهم»‪.‬‬ ‫مرضى الأوجاع المزمنة في مناطق المفاصل‪،‬‬ ‫من جانبه‪ ،‬أوضح المدير الإداري والمالي والقائم‬ ‫أسفل الظهر والرقبة‪ ،‬بالإضافة لحالات البتر»‪.‬‬ ‫بأعمال المدير العام لمستشفى حمد م‪ .‬بسمان‬ ‫وأشار في حديثه إلى أن العيادات الجديدة تأتي‬ ‫العشي أن عيادة تأهيل الأطفال تشكل نقلة‬ ‫‪2‬‬

‫أخبار رئيسية‬ ‫ضمنمساعيالمستشفىللتعاونمعوزارةالصحة‬ ‫بغزة والتخفيف عن كاهلها‪ ،‬حيث من المتوقع أن‬ ‫تخدم العيادات ما يزيد عن ألفي مريض سنوًيا‪.‬‬ ‫ومنذ تشغيله في أبريل ‪ ،2019‬قدم المستشفى‬ ‫خدماته لنحو ‪ 14‬ألف مستفيد‪ ،‬من خلال‬ ‫أقسامه الثلاثة‪ ،‬قسم الأطراف الصناعية‪،‬‬ ‫قسم السمع والتوازن وقسم التأهيل الطبي‪.‬‬ ‫ويستهدف المستشفى المرضى من‬ ‫ذوي الإعاقة الحركية والإدراكية والسمعية‪،‬‬ ‫لمساعدتهم على تطوير قدراتهم وامكانياتهم‬ ‫لاستعادة استقلاليتهم في الأنشطة الحياتية‬ ‫المختلفة وإعادة اندماجهم في المجتمع‪.‬‬ ‫وبلغ مجموع الخدمات المقدمة في المستشفى‬ ‫حوالي ‪ 129‬ألف خدمة‪ ،‬حيث قدم قسم الأطراف‬ ‫الصناعية ‪ 4385‬خدمة‪ ،‬بينما قدم قسم التأهيل‬ ‫‪ 87497‬خدمة‪ ،‬أما قسم السمع والتوازن فقدم‬ ‫‪ 37148‬خدمة‪.‬‬ ‫مستشفى حمد بغزة يكرم مؤسسة «انتربال»‬ ‫ويبحث سبل الشراكة لخدمة ذوي الإعاقة‬ ‫مدير عام المستشفى وضمت كلًا من المدير‬ ‫غزة‪ /‬حمد ‪-‬قسم العلاقات العامة‬ ‫الإداري والمالي م‪ .‬بسمان العشي ورئيس قسم‬ ‫بحث مدير عام مستشفى حمد للتأهيل‬ ‫العلاقات العامة عطية الوادية ورئيس قسم‬ ‫والأطراف الصناعية بغزة د‪ .‬رأفت لبد مع‬ ‫مدير الصندوق الفلسطيني للإغاثة والتنمية»‬ ‫التأهيل المجتمعي تامر سرحان‪.‬‬ ‫(انتربال) ‪ -‬مكتب غزة الإقليمي م‪ .‬محمود لبد‬ ‫وقال مدير عام مستشفى حمد د‪ .‬رأفت لبد‬ ‫«الانتربال مؤسسة عريقة لها بصمة خير في كل‬ ‫سبل الشراكة والتعاون لخدمة ذوي الإعاقة‪.‬‬ ‫أنحاء قطاع غزة وقدمت خدمات مميزة وهامة‬ ‫جاء ذلك خلال زيارة تكريمية للانتربال ‪ -‬قام بها‬ ‫‪3‬‬

‫أخبار رئيسية‬ ‫وتعاونها الفاعل مع المستشفى‪.‬‬ ‫على كافة الأصعدة الحياتية لأبناء شعبنا»‪.‬‬ ‫من جانبه‪ ،‬عبر مدير الانتربال م‪ .‬محمود لبد عن‬ ‫وأضاف‪ ،‬د‪ .‬لبد وجود الانتربال شكل نقطة‬ ‫سعادته بالزيارة وأكد أن المشفى ُيعد معلم‬ ‫تحول هامة في حياة المرضى المستفيدين‬ ‫في مجال التأهيل والأطراف الصناعية في‬ ‫من خدمات المستشفى عبر توفير وسائل‬ ‫غزة ووجوده مثل إضافة نوعية لقطاع الصحة‬ ‫المواصلات لنقل المرضى من ذوي الإعاقة رغم‬ ‫الصعوبات في ظل جائحة كوفيد‪ ،19-‬والظروف‬ ‫والتأهيل في قطاع غزة‪.‬‬ ‫الصعبة التي يمر بها قطاع غزة‪ ،‬فذللت الانتربال‬ ‫وبين م‪ .‬لبد أن الانتربال تسعى بشكل حثيث إلى‬ ‫العقبات وساهمت في حصول المريض على‬ ‫تقديم خدماتها بشكل متكامل لذوي الإعاقة‪،‬‬ ‫والتعاون مع المشفى أثمر تكامًل في تحقيق‬ ‫الخدمة بجودة عالية وفي الوقت المحدد‪.‬‬ ‫وبين أن المستشفى يسعى لبناء علاقات‬ ‫الأهداف التي انطلقت من أجلها المؤسسة‪.‬‬ ‫شراكة مع المؤسسات ذات العلاقة بما فيه‬ ‫واتفق الجانبان على تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق‬ ‫بما يحسن خدمات التأهيل في قطاع غزة‪ ،‬إلى‬ ‫مصلحة لخدمة أبناء شعبنا الفلسطيني‪.‬‬ ‫جانب توقيع مذكرة تفاهم حول خدمة نقل‬ ‫واستعرض لبد الجهود التي تبذلها المستشفى‬ ‫لخدمة المرضى وذوي الإعاقة من خلال أقسامها‬ ‫المرضى من ذوي الإعاقة‪.‬‬ ‫الرئيسة الثلاثة (التأهيل الطبي‪ ،‬الأطراف‬ ‫الصناعية‪ ،‬السمع والتوازن) إلى جانب السير‬ ‫في خط متوازي لتطوير ورفع كفاءة الكوادر‬ ‫التأهيلية‪ ،‬والبدء بتشغيل عيادات جديدة تلبي‬ ‫احتياجات المرضى في القطاع‪.‬‬ ‫يذكر أن المستشفى قدم خدماته منذ بدء‬ ‫التشغيل بتمويل من صندوق قطر للتنمية‬ ‫في إبريل عام ‪ 2019‬حتى تاريخه لأكثر من ‪14‬‬ ‫ألف مريض وساهم في إعادة دمج الكثير من‬ ‫المرضى في المجتمع بشكل فاعل‪.‬‬ ‫وقدمت إدارة المستشفى شكرها لمؤسسة‬ ‫الانتربال تقديًرا لجهودها في خدمة المرضى‬ ‫قسم السمع ينظم ورشة عمل تعريفية في مجال السمعيات‬ ‫نظم قسم السمع والتوازن في مستشفى حمد‬ ‫بغزة والممول من صندوق قطر للتنمية ورشة‬ ‫علمية بحضور الطواقم الطبية في مستشفى‬ ‫الأطفال بمجمع كمال عدوان الطبي‪ ،‬وذلك ضمن‬ ‫مساعي القسم المستمرة لزيادة الوعي الصحي‬ ‫حول التعامل مع ذوي الإعاقات السمعية‪.‬‬ ‫وخلال اللقاء استعرضت ئريسة قسم‬ ‫السمع والتوازن الأخصائية بسمة صلاح‬ ‫ومشرف الفنيين الأستاذ محمد عكيلة‬ ‫آليات الكشف المبكر عن مشاكل السمع‬ ‫لدى الأطفال وطرق التشخيص والعلاج‪.‬‬ ‫وفي ختام اليوم‪ ،‬اصطحبت صلاح الطاقم الزائر‬ ‫في جولة تعريفية في قسم السمع لاطلاعهم‬ ‫على الأجهزة والتقنيات المستخدمة فيه‬ ‫بالإضافة لأنواع الفحوصات‪.‬‬ ‫‪4‬‬

‫أقخصبتاريرئميع السنيجاةح‬ ‫بفضل‬ ‫مستشفى حمد‬ ‫الطفل كرم‬ ‫يتجاوز ضعفه‬ ‫ويمضي أقوى‬ ‫مساعدة‪ ،‬كما أنه أصبح قادًرا على نزول الدرج‬ ‫سعيدة برؤية كرم يتجاوز مشكلة كانت ستعيق‬ ‫وحده»‪.‬‬ ‫تقدم ُه في الحياة‪ ،‬هو إبني الثاني والشاب‬ ‫«قبل العلاج كان ابني الأكبر يساعد كرم كثيًرا‬ ‫الصغير الذي سيكون سندي مستقبًل»‪.‬‬ ‫في مهامه اليومية‪ ،‬الآن‪ ،‬تطورت علاقتهم‬ ‫«أحتفظ له بأمنيات كبيرة‪ ،‬أتمنى أن يكون‬ ‫رجًل صلًبا قادًرا على أن يؤدي مهامه بإتقان‬ ‫كثيًرا فقد أصبح كرم شريك لعب ممتاز له»‪.‬‬ ‫وإخلاص‪ ،‬وقبل كل شيء أن يحيا طفولة‬ ‫والدة الطفل كرم دبابش‬ ‫طبيعية»‪.‬‬ ‫«بدأت قصة كرم حين تأخرت خطواته الأولى‬ ‫واكتشفنا أنه أصيب بجلطة دماغية خلال‬ ‫مرحلة الحمل ما سبب له ضع ًفا شدي ًدا في‬ ‫عضلات قدميه وذراعيه»‪.‬‬ ‫«حين تجاوز الثلاث سنوات بدأت أبحث عن‬ ‫علاج لمشكلته‪ ،‬سمعت عن مستشفى حمد‬ ‫وفور تشخيصه‪ ،‬بدأ أخصائيو قسم تأهيل‬ ‫الأطفال بتقديم العلاج اللازم»‪.‬‬ ‫«بدأ كرم بتلقي جلسات العلاج الطبيعي‬ ‫والوظيفي ثلاث مرات أسبوعًيا‪ ،‬وصارت حالته‬ ‫تتحسن تدريجًيا‪ ،‬إلى أن وصل لما هو عليه‬ ‫اليوم»‪.‬‬ ‫«الحمد لله‪ ،‬تمكن كرم من الالتحاق برياض‬ ‫الأطفال‪ ،‬أنا فخورة ج ًدا به فهو يمسك الأوراق‬ ‫والألوان بشكل طبيعي ويتناول طعامه دون‬ ‫‪5‬‬

‫أخقبارصترئييمعسايلنةجاح‬ ‫السماعات الطبية للوقوف على حجم المشكلة‬ ‫شوق متكرر في كل لحظة وشعور كبير بالفرح‬ ‫الصحية إلا أن ابنتي لم تستجب لهذه المحاولة‬ ‫لقدرة ابنتي على الاندماج في المجتمع‪ ،‬فكل‬ ‫لفقدانها السمع بشكل كبير»‪ ،‬فقرر بعدها‬ ‫مرة تستمع فيها للأصوات وتبادلني الكلام‬ ‫الأطباء إجراء عملية زراعة قوقعة والتي تمت‬ ‫على أيدي الوفد الطبي القطري برئاسة د‪ .‬خالد‬ ‫بمثابة يوم جديد وسعيد لنا»‪.‬‬ ‫ما أجمل أن تسمع مثل تلك الكلمات من أم‬ ‫عبد الهادي في عام ‪ ،»2018‬تقول أم سما‪.‬‬ ‫تفاجأت في بداية عمر طفلتها الصغرى‪،‬‬ ‫وتابعت «شعرنا بالخوف في بداية الأمر‪ ،‬إلا أن‬ ‫ولطالما تلهفت للاستماع لأصوات ومناغاة‬ ‫الأمل الذي بثه أخصائيو القسم والفريق الطبي‬ ‫ولّد لدينا ثقة عالية بهم وبخبراتهم‪ ،‬لا يمكن‬ ‫رضيعتها!‬ ‫للكلمات ان تعبر عن مدى امتناني لما قدموه‬ ‫السيدة غادة ثابت‪ ،‬أم لأربعة أطفال أصغرهم‬ ‫تبلغ من العمر ‪ 4‬سنوات واسمها «سما» والتي‬ ‫لابنتي ودورهم في انقاذها من الصمم»‪.‬‬ ‫كانت ستحرمها الإعاقة السمعية من أبسط‬ ‫وأفادت أم سما التي تتلقى ابنتها تدريبات‬ ‫أحلامها في العيش كباقي الأطفال الطبيعيين‪.‬‬ ‫سمعية ولفظية لتنمية وتطوير مهارات‬ ‫تقول أم سما أنها اكتشفت فقدان طفلتها‬ ‫الاستماع واللغة لديها‪ ،‬ان ابنتها تتفاعل الآن مع‬ ‫للسمع في عامها الأول بعدما توقفت ابنتها‬ ‫أخوتها وأقاربها كما أنها تعبر عن احتياجاتها‬ ‫فجأة عن التفاعل معها والاستجابة للأصوات‬ ‫دون عائق‪ ،‬ما ساهم بحسب قولها في ادخال‬ ‫السرور على العائلة بعد رحلة صعبة تكللت‬ ‫القريبة ج ًدا منها ‪.‬‬ ‫وأضافت «توجهنا بعدها إلى قسم السمع‬ ‫بالنجاح‪.‬‬ ‫والتوازن في مستشفى حمد للتأهيل والأطراف‬ ‫وقدمت أم سما نصيحة لأولياء الأمور بعدم‬ ‫الصناعية بغزة‪ ،‬وبعد الفحوصات وتخطيط‬ ‫الاستهانة بأي علامات قد تشير لفقدان التواصل‬ ‫السمع أظهرت النتائج وجود التهابات شديدة‬ ‫مع أطفالهم‪ ،‬والتوجه لأقرب طبيب مختص‬ ‫في الأذن تبين أنها تعرضت لها في الأشهر‬ ‫أو إلى قسم السمع في مستشفى حمد بما‬ ‫الأولى من عمرها ما أدى إلى فقدانها للسمع»‪.‬‬ ‫«بدأ الفريق في بداية الأمر بتجربة استخدام‬ ‫يضمن التشخيص والتدخل الطبي المبكر‪.‬‬ ‫‪6‬‬

‫أخقباصرت ريئيمع اسلينةجاح‬ ‫الشـــــــــاب خضر‪:‬‬ ‫«مستشفى حمد أخرجني‬ ‫من عزلتي وعزز ثقتي‬ ‫بنفسي»‬ ‫«شـاركت في أكثـر مـن ماراثـون‪ ،‬كنـت محًبـا للجـري‬ ‫بشـكل كبيـر وبعـد بتـر سـاقي دخلـت في حالـة مـن‬ ‫العزلـة وظننـت اننـي فقـدت لياقتـي إلـى الأبـد»‪.‬‬ ‫«أصبـت خـال مشـاركتي في مسـيرات العـودة شـرق‬ ‫المغــازي وســط قطــاع غــزة‪ ،‬وبعــد عــدة محــاولات‬ ‫يائسـة لإنقـاذ سـاقي‪ ،‬أصبـح البتـر أمـًرا واق ًعـا»‪.‬‬ ‫«فـور افتتـاح مستشـفى حمـد قبـل عاميـن‪ ،‬سـعيت‬ ‫وأصدقائـي للاسـتفادة مـن خدماته‪ ،‬وكنـت محظو ًظا‬ ‫بالحصـول على طـرف صناعـي عالـي الجـودة بقـدم‬ ‫ومفصـل متحركيـن»‪.‬‬ ‫«اســتخدم الطــرف طــوال اليــوم دون ألــم‪ ،‬كمــا‬ ‫أنــه يمنحنــي مرونــة عاليــة في الحركــة والمشــي‬ ‫ويســاعدني على القيــام بواجباتــي بشــكل‬ ‫اعتيــادي»‪.‬‬ ‫«بــدأت أبحــث عــن رياضــة جديــدة تلائــم‬ ‫وضعــي الحالــي‪ ،‬وســرعان مــا انضممــت‬ ‫إلــى فريــق دراجــو البتــر‪ ،‬لتصبــح الدراجــة‬ ‫الهوائيــة وســيل ًة للترويــح عــن نفســي‬ ‫وطريـق الوصـول إلـى المـكان الأقـرب إلـى‬ ‫قلبـي ‪-‬مزرعـة عمـي‪ -‬فأنـا أحـب الطبيعـة‬ ‫وأجــد نفســي حيــث أشــجار الزيتــون‬ ‫والنخيــل»‪.‬‬ ‫«الطــرف الصناعــي والرياضــة الجديــدة أثــرا‬ ‫إيجابًيـا على حالتـي النفسـية‪ ،‬وعـززا ثقتي‬ ‫بنفســي كمــا أن اندماجــي في مجتمــع‬ ‫المبتوريــن ســاعدني على التعــرف على‬ ‫جوانــب الحيــاة بعــد البتــر وســهل علــي‬ ‫تجــاوز الأمــر وكســر حاجــز الإعاقــة»‪.‬‬ ‫‪7‬‬
