The Team Page 12 Joe Ringart – Commercial Director Joe oversees the entire construction process for GPF Lewis plc - from inception through to completion, he ensures that all of our projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the quality that our clients have come to expect. As one of the founding partners of GPF Lewis, Joe has played a leading role in development and growth of the business to its current trading levels. James O'Donnell - Operations Director James oversees all operations within the service and maintenance division. A Chartered Surveyor, James has over 30 years’ experience within this sector. With a passion for delivering excellent customer service, he takes direct responsibility for the delivery of all services and projects on all contracts. Jake Colliss – Quantity Surveyor Jake’s looks after our construction projects ranging from £1m - £15m. Using his strong commercial & contract management skills, he oversees projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring costs are controlled and works delivered on time and to budget.

Martin's role demands excellentleadership and influencing skills to ensure the projects are deliveredon time, overcoming challenges within the limits of the programmesand budgets.Jason Ramage - Business Development ManagerJason is a sales and business development professional with over 20years’ experience, and has been working with GPF Lewis for 3 years,delivering clients to the business including Thistle Hotels, The GroveHotel & Country Club Group, Watford Community Housing Trust,Touchstone and Broadgate Estates.
The Team Page 14 Belinda George – Head of Finance In her role of Head of Finance, Belinda’s responsibilities include making certain the company adheres to all financial legislation and statutory regulations as well as providing the Directors and relevant stakeholders with accurate and reliable financial information. Belinda is CIMA qualified and have previous experience in the FMCG, Security and Building Services sectors. Jodie Janes – Account Coordinator Working alongside a Team of Coordinators, Jodie supports a defined set of Client Accounts. Her Team arranges for engineers to arrive on site with the right information, the right tools and the necessary skills to complete work on time, on budget and to the highest standards of quality. Amy Heaslip – Operations Manager With overall responsibility for our Maintenance and Small Works Division, Amy’s role is to lead our Service Desk Team and Engineers, ensuring they work efficiently to meet our clients’ urgent reactive and ongoing routine maintenance requirements.
