In 2006, Streetscape International was asked to design and install project-specific Smartpoles™ to reflect the many different themes of Dubailand. The 8 m Smartpoles™ consist of multi-coloured decorative features and are designed to accommodate a host of technology including illuminated banners, traffic signs, CCTV cameras and so on.

The biggest challenge we met was to finish Sydney and deliver the infrastructure in time for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Ongoing work includes Smartpole™ upgrades for various projects in the city, following a long term rollout contract signed with the City Council.
