For me, the most effective method, and one that I use daily, is the Journey Method. By now you probably have your own favourite route around your home that you use to memorize various sequences of information. You will also be able to appreciate how, with intense training, you can use the Journey Method to perform extraordinary levels of memory. Perhaps you are a potential champion yourself. If you think you might be, keep practising and maybe one day we’ll be battling it out head to head for the title of World Memory Champion. Congratulations on completing these 52 steps! And enjoy the rewards that I trust they will bring you for the rest of your life.
