1. Precious Cacao Cacao is harvested by hand and it takes up to 400 beans to make just one pound of chocolate! Imagine you found 400 beans and think you could make 10 pounds of chocolate! but by the time people found they were in huge demand in the parts of europe that's how producing chocolate soon started to look like a job or even labour work!

2. Caffeine Count The darker the chocolate, the higher the amount of caffeine. But next to coffee, it's still low. so that's why people look for more cacao beans that have higher amount of caffeine. so that people who love coffee will switch to chocolate instead to make more profit

3. Food of the Gods The name for the Cacao Tree is \"Theobroma Cacao\" which means \"Food of the Gods\". Yes it was extremely popular and was reserved for the rich also did you know that it was used for the worshiping of gods and as a currency

4. The Fragile Tree The Cacao tree is also very fragile, so unfortunately farmers can lose up to 30% of their beans. thus making cacao trees as an endangered tree also because of the barks high demand the tree is more likely to go extinct

5. Types of Chocolate There are four official varieties of chocolate: Milk, Dark, White, Bittersweet, Sweet German & Ruby Chocolate (introduced in 2017.)
