Please follow the below procedure whenever a service engineer approaches the branch for network/hardware/others service related issues. 1) Verify the ID card Without proper ID card or authorization letter no service Engineers should be allowed
2) Enquire the purpose Enquire the purpose of Engineer visit thoroughly until satisfaction 3) Inform Regional Office All the Engineer visits should be informed to RO without fail
4) Accompany the Engineer One person from the branch should accompany the service engineer while he access the branch devices 5) Examine the resolved issue Please ensure whether the reported issue was resolved before signing the call report
6) Call report copy Always obtain the service call report copy and verify the addressed issue and action taken in the report Network Team
