SLIM FITThe adhesive tapes machineswe have developed can assurea perfect adherence to the moreuneven surface by means of propershaping tools. Manual or Automatic cutting systems are available up to more automatic conveyor belts. Four tapes can be applied around the profiles over the 360 degrees of the surface giving the opportunity to no additional protection after taping. Several models are available according to the maximum width of the profiles.

ALL IN ONEOur bundle wrapper GE-AVL-2uses a smart combined systemwhich uses stretch film and placeswooden battens on the topand bottom during the wrappingprocess and solid with the bundle.This solution avoid to place the strapover the wood strips and guaranteesa more stable and solid packaging.Nevertheless we can supplythe most classic bundle wrapperwithout wooden batten devicetogether with all the handlingautomation.According to the customerrequirement, this systemcan be applied to existing linesin several levels of handlingautomation.

AND IT IS READYTO BE DELIVEREDTightness adjustable, can be setto the required strength.Upper and lower wooden batten can beof different size according to the bundledimensions.And no operators are needed as the allwrapping process is made in automatic wayand released by means of conveyor chainson an optional weighing system.





THE ALTERNATIVEWAY!An innovative way to packthe aluminium profiles one by oneor in a blister.This system is alternativeto the conventional spiral wrappingand can reach a very outstandingspeed of one profile every sixseconds,no matter of what the sectionof the profiles.

ONE BY ONEThe GE-BLISTAL - S6 can be combined with all our other packaging systemin order to cover all the aspects of the profiles protection.Afterward profiles can be placed into cartoon boxes or casea.Less packing material and more cost saving!
