Matrixjet Business Plan Anyone can become direct seller of Matrixjet Shopping Private Limited by agreeing and signing direct seller agreement. After completing direct sales of [500MP], direct seller will become active direct seller. After becoming active direct seller, direct seller will be qualified for all incomes as per this compensation plan. Active Direct Seller Every active direct seller will have two team in which he/she can promote the business and register new direct sellers. Every Income will be monthly income which will be calculated based on MP assigned to the products. MP Direct Sales by the active direct sellers themselves will be counted in the weaker team at the time of income calculation.

1 RETAIL INCOME Every active direct seller of the Matrixjet Shopping Private Limited will be able to purchase products at Distributor Price and will be able to sell it on MRP (Maximum Retail Profit). The difference between Distributor Price and MRP will be called Retail Income. Retail Income will vary from 5% of MRP to 50% of MRP. Ranks based on Matched MP S. 2 DIRECT SALES INCOME This is monthly income. Every active direct seller will get 20% of MP from MP Sales done by himself/herself as a Direct Sales Income. Direct Sales Bonus Direct Sales Bonus

3 MATRIXJET GROUP INCOME This is monthly income. Company will distribute 35% of monthly MP as Matrixjet Group Income. [1 MGP = 1000 MP] Matched (1:1), It will be calculated on the multiple of 1000 MP matched in that particular month. Eligibility Criteria for Matrixjet Group Bonus is as follows : 1. Active direct seller has to sell [500 MP] in that month by own distributor ID. 2. Active direct seller must have at least 1 MGP. MGP value will be calculated according to below formula: 35% of Company’s monthly MP MGP Value = Total MGP collected by all eligible active direct sellers Matrixjet Group Income for individual Active Direct Sellers will be calculated according to below formula : Matrixjet Group Income = Collected MGP x MGP Value

4 MATRIXJET LEADERSHIP INCOME This is a monthly Income. Every Active Direct Seller will get 10% of their Direct Referral’s. Matrixjet Group Income and it will be called Matrixjet Leadership Income.

5 MATRIXJET CONSISTENCY INCOME This is a monthly income. Company will distribute 6% of monthly MP as Matrixjet Consistency Income [1 MCP = 3000 MP] Matched (1:1), It will be calculated on the multiple of 3000 MP matched in that particular month. Eligibility Criteria for Consistency Bonus is as follows : 1. Active Direct Seller has to sell [500 MP] products in last 3 months. 2. Active Direct Seller has to sell [500 MP] products in that month by own distributor ID. 3. Active Direct Seller must have at least 1 MCP. MCP value will be calculated according to below formula: 6% of Company’s monthly MP MCP Value = Total MCP collected by all eligible active direct sellers Matrixjet Consistency Income for individual Active Direct Sellers will be calculated according to below formula : Matrixjet Consistency Income = Collected MCP x MCP Value

6 MATRIXJET PERFORMANCE INCOME This is monthly income. Company will distribute 5% of monthly MP as Matrixjet Performance Income [1 MPP = 10000MP] Matched (1:1), It will be calculated on the multiple of 10000MP matched in that particular month. Eligibility Criteria for Matrixjet Performance Income is as follows : 1. Active Direct Seller has to sell [500 MP] products in that month by own distributor ID. 2. Active Direct Seller must have at least 1 MPP. 3. Active Direct Seller must be on Gold /Platinum/Diamond Rank. MPP value will be calculated according to below formula: 5% of Company’s monthly MP MPP Value = Total MPP collected by all eligible active direct sellers Matrixjet Performance Income for individual Active Direct Sellers will be calculated according to below formula : Matrixjet Performance Income = Collected MPP x MPP Value

7 MATRIXJET LUXURY INCOME This is monthly income. Company will distribute 4% of monthly MP as Matrixjet Luxury Income. [1 MLP = 30000MP] Matched (1:1), It will be calculated on the multiple of 30000MP matched in that particular month. Eligibility Criteria for Matrixjet Luxury Income is as follows : 1. Active Direct Seller has to sell [500 MP] products in that month by own distributor ID. 2. Active Direct Seller must have at least 1 MLP. 3. Active Direct Seller must be on Emerald or above rank. 4. Consecutively 2 Months Matching 30000:30000 MP 1 Time Only. MLP value will be calculated according to below formula: 5% of Company’s monthly MP MLP Value = Total MLP collected by all eligible active direct sellers Matrixjet Luxury Income for individual Active Direct Sellers will be calculated according to below formula : Matrixjet Luxury Income = Collected MLP x MLP Value

8 MATRIXJET CAR FUND INCOME This is monthly income. Company will distribute 3.5% of monthly MP as Matrixjet Car Fund Income. [1 MCFP = 40000MP] Matched (1:1), It will be calculated on the multiple of 40000MP matched in that particular month. Eligibility Criteria for Car Fund is as follows : 1. Active Direct Seller has to sell [1200 MP] products in that month by own distributor ID. 2. Active Direct Seller must have at least 1 MCFP. 3. Active Direct Seller must be on Ambassador or above rank. 4. Consecutively 3 Months Matching 40000:40000 MP 1 Time Only. MCFP value will be calculated according to below formula: 3.5% of Company’s monthly MP MCFP Value = Total MCFP collected by all eligible active direct sellers Matrixjet Car Fund Income for individual Active Direct Sellers will be calculated according to below formula : Matrixjet Car Fund Income = Collected MCFP x MCFP Value

9 MATRIXJET TRAVEL FUND INCOME This is monthly income. Company will distribute 3% of monthly MP as Matrixjet Travel Fund Income. [1 MTFP = 45000 MP] Matched (1:1), It will be calculated on the multiple of 45000 MP matched in that particular month. Eligibility Criteria for Travel Fund is as follows : 1. Active Direct Seller has to sell [1500 MP] products in that month by own distributor ID. 2. Active Direct Seller must have at least 1 MTFP. 3. Active Direct Seller must be on Crown or above rank. 4. Consecutively 4 Months Matching 45000:45000 MP 1 Time Only. MTFP value will be calculated according to below formula: 3% of Company’s monthly MP MTFP Value = Total MTFP collected by all eligible active direct sellers Matrixjet Travel Fund Income for individual Active Direct Sellers will be calculated according to below formula : Matrixjet Travel Fund Income = Collected MTFP x MTFP Value

10 MATRIXJET HOUSE FUND INCOME This is monthly income. Company will distribute 3% of monthly MP as Matrixjet House Fund Income. [1 MHFP = 55000MP] Matched (1:1), It will be calculated on the multiple of 55000MP matched in that particular month. Eligibility Criteria for Travel Fund is as follows : 1. Active Direct Seller has to sell [1500 MP] products in that month by own distributor ID. 2. Active Direct Seller must have at least 1 MHFP. 3. Active Direct Seller must be on MJ Crown rank. 4. Consecutively 5 Months Matching 55000:55000 MP 1 Time Only. MHFP value will be calculated according to below formula: 3% of Company’s monthly MP MHFP Value = Total MHFP collected by all eligible active direct sellers Matrixjet House Fund Income for individual Active Direct Sellers will be calculated according to below formula : Matrixjet House Fund Income = Collected MHFP x MHFP Value
