Celebrating Womanhood To honor womanhood, International Women's Day was organized by Ethomart Charitable Trust in The Manthan School. It was an honor that our revered Principal Ms. Poonam Kumar Mendiratta was felicitated as the chief guest for the evening. A day which was decided way back in 1913 holds its importance till date. Our Principal spoke on the importance of this day and urged a call to action for accelerating gender parity. REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATIONS India became Independent on August 15 1947 and became a republic on January 26, 1950. The Constitution came into effect on this day. The teachers and students virtually celebrated this day with great fervor and enthusiasm. To commence the cel- ebrations, students of Grade 7 presented a patriotic song. Furthermore, some interesting facts about the Constitution were presented, and an animated story of a brave girl was also featured with voice-overs of parents. Few students also performed a dazzling dance to several tunes, instilling a sense of patriotism in the audience.

CESTOBALL CHAMPIONSHIP It was a proud moment for the hale and hearty Manthan students to represent the Delhi State in the 3rd Junior level National Cestoball Championship. Ms. Ranya Gupta, Ms. Archita Pant, Ms. Bhavya Dixit, Mast. Aaditya Sharma and Mast. Rohit Singh played the Cestoball match under the Cestoball Federation of India (CFI). CFI is the National Governing Body (NGB) for the sport of Cestoball in India. It was a grand opportunity to meet, share and learn the virtues of sports from around 1200 students all over India.
