LETTER FROM THE CEOCelebrating a job well done is one of the bestfeelings in life. This celebration is made possible byproper planning and evaluation of our goals as weprogress towards the finish line. I encourage everyoneto allow themselves the time to set goals that arespecific and measurable. By making your goalsspecific and measurable you acknowledge thepossibility of failure and welcome the challenge ofsetting the bar higher time and again.It is time to set your personal goals for the remainderof 2016. What does success look like to you? Where inyour day (both at work and at home) can you pushyourself to improve?
